Delay and delay
We were served by Bert from the Nunawading store. In November 2020, we made a down payment to install laminate flooring to be installed in April 2021. We were told that the ordering time can take 3-4 months, so we went ahead and made a deal knowing that we will have it in time. Since March, we kept having the installation date postponed; from late April, to the first of June, and now it's delayed again for another week. They said it is delayed because the product is still quarantined by Australian customs and they won't release it. It's so frustrating since that's the only thing that keeps us from moving to our new place. Would not recommend.
Best carpet and service ever
Boyd from Browns plains was amazing and so helpful with our choice of carpet and the price was amazing. The guys that installed were fabulous and the carpet is amazing and with the leftover carpet we were able to make hall runners.
Worst Customer Service EVER!
Emailed through a request looking for a particular type of laminate floating floor to match existing flooring in an adjoining room. Received a phone call back within three hours stating they had the boards in stock and could he come out and give us a quote. Agreed to the time and date. No one showed up! Waited an hour over the agreed time then rang the showroom who had no record of the appointment but had my email. I was then advised the boards had been discontinued. Another appointment was made to look at alternatives to try and blend in...the colour of the boards. This time he was 1 hour and 20 minutes LATE. he came with alternatives that were totally unsuitable and offered no apology for being late or for why his colleague had failed to come the day before. Disgusting customer Service I will never use Carpet Call again!
Very professional and supportive

Sales and instal teams make all the promises but management fail to back it up
Split large job over two batches of product, colour and quality do not match, very poor customer service and refuse to fix, very quick to take your money very very slow to respond, unfortunately we have to go legal to get what we have paid for
Purchased our carpet from carpet call Bankstown great service at the shop and the carpet layers were fantastic wonderful professional job in laying and joining the carpet in our apartment
Worst Customer Service Ever
The person who came to do the measurements for Sheer blinds in our house was very disrespectful and arrogant, He did not give us proper information and was very unpleasant. So many times he tried to insult us. We were happy with the price and was ready to go with Carpet call for Sheer Blinds but because of that man, we decided we will choose some different place to put the blind. The customer service of Carpet call is horrible.
We were extremely impressed by all staff members involved in our carpet positive experience.

Gone above and beyond
Rahmat from Hallam, sent out to us from the Pakenham Carport Call Store today, cheerfully installled our 7 Rollerblinds and went above and beyond to do a wonderful job as we have solid brick windows, 10 years experience in the trade and a lovely man at that, very grateful thankyou Rahmat

Poor customer service
Happy with the measure, quote and sale. The laying of the carpet was disappointing. The guy was rude and he didn’t vacuum. He also wasn’t going to put in the silver strip at the doorway and hesitantly went to his truck to retrieve some. He also didn’t leave the left over carpet when I was promised mats could be made. When I called to question this, I was dismissed.
My 8 year old carpet was replaced with a timber flooring by the Aspley Carpet Call & I am delighted with the outcome. This team displayed an extensive knowledge & supportive approach to this project and provided a highly professional & financially competitive service
Not suitable for everyday use
In less than 2 years this flooring has swollen in places. I have been told its due to moisture was given examples of a wet towel, wet shoes even the humidity, we should have been warned about how fragile this flooring is and how it really is no better than laying cardboard on your floor before we spent so much money. Considering its upstairs only, with far less use than downstairs its hugely disappointing and the warranty is worthless. After being ignored by carpet call after many calls were not returned when eventually reached I was treated ru...dely and very unprofessionally, however layers were finally sent out to inspect. Carpet call offered no solution wiping their hands of the situation, they didn't even so much as offer to even give a quote on repairs. Do not buy the interlock vinyl flooring and do not use carpet call. The terrible job done on the stairs with the edging left with gaps when inspected I was told it was not correct when I chased carpet call after a further 2 weeks of being ignored to get feedback about the inspection no surprise I was basically told not their problem and the stairs were correctly done. If you are thinking of new flooring I am sure you could find satisfaction by not going to Carpet Call.
I bought two rugs from carpet call and used Openpay to pay for the rugs that are under my beds they are of excellent quality and are really great rugs
This worst experience ever
They installed faulty carpet first time. In second attempt they came to fix it and they put it in wrong way finally came but damaged my furniture and property. When I contacted them , they promised me to solve it but after they ignored. Please everyone don’t trust them, they will not come if something happen. That is all
Best carpet layer ever
I had a split carpet lay the first layer left a mess and didn't put any capping down and one of the rooms had a cracking sound when you walked on it.
The second day James the layer for the remaining rooms fixed the carpet that the other layer did and put the capping down in all the rooms.
I would have to say he was the best ever so helpful and went well and above what he was supposed to do, he needs a medal.
Nightmarish experience but satisfactorily solved in the end
From beginning to end it was a horrible experience. The consultant Darryl from Carpet call - Jandakot had visited our house & given us a quote. On 23rd March the carpet layer came & said that they are not allowed to strip the timber flooring, so he dropped the carpet at our house, informed his office & then left. After we followed it up with the head office they sent a timber stripper to lift the flooring. He said to us that since the walls are pre-painted we would either have to re-paint the whole walls or lay a skirting at the base of the wa...lls & then paint the skirting. So we opted to have skirting which cost us $200 extra. For paint we had to spend $33. On 25th March the carpet layer Larry came to install the carpet. He was grumpy, whingeing all the time & very reluctant to put the bed back in the bedroom after installation. He did a good job laying the carpet but when it came to the part of bedroom door adjacent to the hall-way tiles he said he does not have the proper equipment to attach a metal strip which was there originally & offered to glue it. I told him to glue it as there was no other easy option. When he finished the work we found that he has not glued the strip. When questioned he said you told me not to do so & accused me of lying. He was very rude. I told him to glue the strip again. He brought the mattress back in the bedroom with the help of our son & was about to bring the bed frame back in the bedroom. When I noticed that the room was unclean as the carpet pieces were laying everywhere I said that we would have to clean the room first before bringing the frame in. He was not listening to anything & kept on whingeing so I told him to leave the frame, glue the strip & then just go as we were nearing the end of our patience. After that he cleaned the room, glued the strip & left. Everything was so mismanaged when clearly the consultant had visited our house & inspected everything? There was no follow up or apology from the Jandakot shop owner either. Just for one carpet laying we had to undergo a lot of stress & spend extra money which was not in our budget. They can't keep on blaming each other. Somebody has to be accountable for such mismanagement. We will not use carpet call again & would not recommend it to anyone. After the review the WA Operations manager called us & offered a 50% refund for our extra cost which we have received now. He also gave a ref no to use in case we use carpet call in future so that we get a wholesale rate for the purchase. It is nice to note that they take the customer complaints seriously & that is commendable.
carpet was better down than i though but trusted carpet call. The installers were excellent and did a brilliant job. very friendly and their work was very professional. They worked non stop for a full day. very happy customer
Great flooring, very happy with choice
I recently had the flooring in my entire house (including bedrooms) changed to 8mm Coretec in ‘Haze’. Dan, the installer was very knowledgeable about the products and the best ones for us to use in our house given we had tiles throughout. The team worked tirelessly for 2 days to get our flooring and new skirting laid. Overall it was a great experience using carpet call especially considering the huge job they had to do in reflooring my entire house. After walking on tiles for the last 12 years I can definitely feel the different with the 8mm hybrid flooring and am really happy we went with that thickness. The colour is also really fresh and on-trend and matched my classic house styling and furnishings.

Yes they can, bit of advise, don’t use Carpet Call if there is a problem they will not fix it.
