years. - complaint raised with Beare Flooring Jan 2026 less than 4 weeks later. -[Name Removed] came out From Beare Flooring and agreed Carpet was compressed in traffic areas and matted. - Followed up again in February, [Name Removed] from Beare Flooring said it was with his State Manager. - Followed again March, and could not reach [Name Removed]. Then found he had left Beare Flooring. - April I called head office Beare Flooring. They put me to State Manager. He said he had escalated it to Feltex. - [Name Removed] from Feltex came to our home and inspected carpet with a tool bag. He had a wire brush and brushed the carpet heavily and then a lot of vacuuming. It looked better, then as soon as left and you walked on it it went back to flat and matted. - Got a report from Feltex 4th June saying no problem with carpet so they are washing their hands from it. Don’t deal with Beare Flooring as you can see from my persistence above they just want you to go away. Also don’t buy Feltex carpet. Their Dream Shadows is not fit for purpose and you can see other customers on this site have also complained about this same product “DREAM SHADOWS”. Will now be pursuing legal action with Beare Flooring and their Feltex product DREAM SHADOWS. I have included a picture. It is hard to show the flattening and matting of the carpet, but you can see it and it looks absolutely terrible in person, and this was 4 weeks after install!

Whilst this was an absolutely beautiful carpet when first laid… so soft and luxurious (we would get comments from visitors on how beautiful it felt underfoot)…. I agree with every negative comment in this thread. The carpet stretches, has flat tracks everywhere, pulls and stains badly. Please avoid this carpet, it is the worst choice we made while building our dream home and looking at it upsets me so much. We chose the premium underlay and apparently had the best carpet layers that Carpet Court had to offer. I wish I read a review like mine before choosing the carpet for our home. We paid the balance as requested. After that, it became very difficult to contact the manager, and the installation did not happen as promised. We were then told the flooring was out of stock and had to be shipped from China, with an expected arrival in June. We contacted the company several times, but they were unable to provide a clear or reliable installation date. The scheduling and communication were very disappointing. After several delays, the flooring was finally installed in June 2026. Our receipt stated that all furniture would be removed and put back after the installation. However, when the installers arrived, they told us they could not disconnect or move the dishwasher because they were not licensed plumbers. This was never explained to us before the installation.

Parrys Flooring should have made it clear from the beginning that the dishwasher was not included in the furniture removal service. If they were unable to remove it themselves, they should have advised us in advance that we would need to arrange a plumber before the installation date. Instead, we were told after the installers arrived that they would organise someone to remove the dishwasher within a few days. However, no clear date was provided, and we had to keep contacting the company for updates. This caused unnecessary delays and stress.

The person from Parrys Flooring said they had someone who could do it, but the quoted cost was around $2,000 to arrange a plumber, which we found unbelievable.

In the end, we found our own solution to remove the dishwasher and reinstall it after few days the flooring was completed.

Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience. The installation was significantly delayed, communication was poor, and some of the services we expected were not provided as we understood from the receipt. The entire process caused unnecessary stress.

My advice to anyone considering this company is to make sure every promise is written clearly on the receipt or contract before paying. If installation dates are important, ask for a written commitment or find out what compensation is available if the agreed installation date is not met.

We used them before for a lounge room carpet and were very happy, this time they got it all wrong. We wanted some flooring for a hallway and were quoted a price we were happy with, then the fitter wantedn to charge another price on top.

Be very careful as they have gone down in service.

Their experienced and knowledgeable design staff were able to assist with the selection of the best carpet option for my "Black and White" themed house design from a vast array of carpet options.

As I was DIY renovating and working full time, Wall to Wall were able to secure and hold stock of my selected carpet at their Perth warehouse until I was ready for the installation which ended up being July 2020.

Wall to Wall use the highest quality carpet underlay as a standard with all their carpet installations. This makes the carpet very soft and comfortable under foot. The installation went very smoothly with no problems. Finished on time in one day with absolutely no mess left behind.

In addition. Wall to Wall were able to measure, quote and install carpet tiles for my Loft space as well. Again they did a beautiful job. The installer managed to trim the carpet tiles in around the roof timbers perfectly. It looks like the tiles were there first and the roof timbers were cut into the tiles afterwards. The pictures speak for themselves.

Unfortunately in December 2021 my house was flooded by a burst water pipe (Iplex pipe) in the roof. All the original carpet needed to be replaced. Once again Wall to Wall were able to supply the same carpet as I originally ordered in 2017. Once the necessary insurance repairs were carried Wall to Wall installed the new Carpet in March 2023. I had the exact same installation experience as I did in 2020.

I would recommend Wall to Wall Carpets to everyone. You will get the result you want for a very reasonable price. I would not use anyone else for my next carpet installation project.

yet. It is very different, more so impossible to clean. My kids had a coke and orange juice spill and no matter how much I clean it’s not coming out while stain spread and visible. I got électrodry to clean twice without much success. Does it need to be sealed before use ? What’s the advice on cleaning (my colour is cavendish, pretty light)? Tried to get retailer to help but the advice they gave didn’t work either…. The more I clean (with all available materials and pro one from electrodry) the more visible it is. for a flooring report to be made and a guy named John answered the call. He told me a cost of $429 for the person to come inspect the flooring and prepare the report and share it with me.

Nobody showed up on the day it was promised. After chasing them again and again a few days later a guy named Ali came to inspect the flooring and advised I’ll have to pay more money to get the report. To my surprise when I showed him the invoice sent by John which was paid in full already he dint bother and said you can have your refund.

I advised I’m fine with the refund then as this is an unethical practice of taking money and then asking for more money. It’s coming to a month and they haven’t refunded anything and ignoring my calls now. I’m in the process of taking things legally however save yourself the hassle of dealing with this company and repenting later on.

After going through all the reviews now I feel sad I wish I would have seen them before dealing with this company.

24 months they want absolutely nothing to do with you.

When issues were raised, they sent a representative (who was overly up himself), whose approach was belittling and dismissive. Instead of addressing the concerns, he spoke down to us as if we knew nothing about flooring, brushed off the problems entirely, and offered no solutions.

After that visit, there was zero follow-up. No calls. No emails. No accountability. We were left completely empty-handed and ultimately had to engage another contractor and pay out of pocket to fix a job that should have been done properly in the first place.

If you’re expecting after-sales support, professionalism, or even basic communication — look elsewhere.

Sent an email with these choices and waited for the quote, it did not come. I do not understand why we were put through the process, if they did not want the job. The process took a couple of weeks. What a waste of our time and how rude. They could have just said they did not want the job.
