explain what has happened . They denied my claim once saying I was purchased my insurance 5 minutes before the departure other wise rest of the information were fine but then when I raised the case with AFCA. Now they are saying there were no enough evidence after I have provided all the relevant information and waited 6 month to get all the Medicare record they want. Such a pathetic service save your money stay away from them. I had Allianz all the time they are super nice and lot quicker. It’s being almost a year now I have taken this to AFCA .
