Every time Everywhere 13CABS WON'T GET YOU THERE! 13CABS. will take your booking for 03:50(am) but they DO NOT GUARANTEE A CAB TO PICK YOU UP!! systems, they require some score. Pointless. Truly pointless with 13CABS because if their drivers don't want to pick you up, they are not compelled to in any way. It's ridiculous!! Make a booking in their app SHOULD = GET PICKED UP. It does not. But not does booking with other app based ride sharing companies like DiDi or Uber. I've had both of those companies stuff me over in different ways. Back to 13CABS. I had a driver at the end of my local train line arrive only because the operator kept telling me "there are three cars logged in at that location right now!!" And there were NO CABS. This man drove around the corner at well over the 40 km speed limit for the Railway station precinct and insisted I pay him more than triple the regular price of the fair because, and I quote him directly, "You made them call me and I was at the club with my friends!! I had to leave the club and having the fun because you tell them I'm not here when I was here!! You pay me three times or you walk!" I am disabled and walking is very difficult for me and this was just after 01:00 (am) on a Saturday night. There should've been cabs around at that time. I had $30 in my wallet which was the equivalent of triple the regular cost for a trip to the station from my home. This fella drove me home and needed to refund me over half that $30 as, even with the late night flag fall, it was only a $12:60 trip and he was ranting and raving the whole way about needing to "leave the club and not being in the club!" 13CABS MUST CHANGE ITS JINGLE BECAUSE ITS A LIE! They are a scam of a company and won't guarantee you a trip in one of their cabs.

Absolutely disgusting service, this company doesn’t deserve even 1 star. They were more than happy to take my card details and send a booking confirmation, but when the time came, they simply didn’t show up. When I called to follow up, I was told, “we don’t have a driver allocated”, no apology, no prior notice, nothing. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, they still went ahead and charged my account for a service they never provided.

I sent a formal complaint two days ago asking them to confirm that my account had been credited, and I haven’t even received a response. The lack of follow-up is just as disappointing as the initial experience.

Since services like Uber and DiDi exist, there is absolutely no reason to risk dealing with a company like this. I would never use them again.

One of your drivers parked in the click and collect bay in Woolies Balwyn when he clearly was not there to wait for his shopping to be delivered. spot when I am not disabled? No I can’t. Can I park in the electric charge bays when I don’t have an electric car? No I can’t. So what gives your driver the right to park in a click and collect bay when he is not using that service??? Selfish, inconsiderate driver. Will I use your service? Hell no.

Travelling on Maroondah Highway Healesville And had one of their drivers come right up beside our car and cut us right off With your name written all over the Doors Not a good luck We have the video and we have the registration number I would highly not recommend using this company if that’s the sort of staff that are driving their cars

Outside Watermarc Greensborough around 4.20pm. 22/08/2025. Driver parked in a disabled spot without a permit,leaving no spare spaces for people who need these spots. Said he needed to go to the Toilet. Advised plenty of parking available and then tried to tell me he had dropped a person off with a disability which again was untrue. Inconsiderate and illegal behaviour by the driver and should be educated.

Booked twice online for trip from workplace to hotel on business trip. BOTH times, drivers picked up the fare, didn't show up, but faked the ride, saying they had picked me up & completed the journey. Was standing in the freezing cold & dark with luggage for 45 mins. Will never use 13 NO CABS again. Disgusting.

Dangerous Driving and Unprofessional Behavior I had a very negative experience with a 13cabs driver on July 17, 2025, southport Gold Coast . The driver dangerously cut into my turning lane without indicating, nearly causing an accident. When I confronted him afterwards, he responded by making an obscene hand gesture (middle finger) toward me. This level of aggression and disrespect is completely unacceptable for a professional driver.

Disgraceful service. My grandaughter & children missed their bus to Melbourne because they couldn't get a taxi. What a joke & no point complaining as they don't care

within 20km. a little later receive a call from Brisbane office stating 13Cabs Geraldton Don't have wheelchair compatible Taxi we were stuck unable at attend a specialist appointment Will never never us this Taxi company ever for any purpose.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Downloaded the app, first time user! Pre booked and paid for the next day. Driver rang to say he was there 10min early, got there and he had taken off!! Waited for 35min, already late for work! Tried calling many many… Read more

times, all voice recordings. Had to cancel and go through another cab!! Absolutely disgusted, now I have to jump through hoops to get a refund

 Follow-up  · Trying to find a number was the start, getting transferred here and there! No real apology! Driver was not replaced, was just told there are no drivers in the area. Refund took a few days.

Ibooked Rajan Singh I.D.39948 Taxi No. T2501 Lake Munmorah to Teralba Twice and I am elderly, he carried all my bags and walker with a smile. Very dedicated caring driver. Spotless taxi and not a minute late on all trips. I could not fault him.

I have never used 13CABS before, so was hesitant, but it went like a dream. Moe of cab M8494 turned up on time, his cab was clean and he drove the shortest route, safely, to the destination despite admitting he'd never been there before. He was polite and friendly, but did not try to be over familiar. He was worth more of a tip than I could afford to give. Highly recommended even if he wasn't a Kangaroos supporter!

Muhammad driving cab 5124M picked me up for my drive home this afternoon. I recommend him to anyone . He has a Maxi taxi which was a great help. He loaded my walker on board easily.

you need to be somewhere on time.. their AI voice assistant is hands down one of the worst, I keep asking for a live representative but the AI says “I can hear you want a live representative I might be able to assist” repeat genuinely hope 13 cabs goes into administration sooner rather than later…

No show and when i complaied this was part of their response...Two drivers have recalled the job after accepting it. One driver was far from the pickup, so he informed the department that he couldn't do the job and recalled. Second driver have also recalled but the reason was unclear, w 13cabs are no different to uber!

$81.00 including the lifting fee. I only had a $100 note. He gave me $5.00 change and told me he had no more money. He stated the rest was a tip. Then he took off and left. I was distraught! Never again!

Had a 13CABS breach my privacy as they told another person I did not know where I lived without my consent and was sexually harrassed by the driver. I lodged a formal complaint to 13CABS customer care and they just fobbed me off. I strongly do not recommend using this company unless you like being sexually assulted or have your privacy breached.

We booked a 13cabs taxi on Saturday 18th April 2026, for 9:30pm at Belgrave railway station, to take us home. They never arrived. We tried to phone to ascertain if they were coming. Rebooking, didn’t work either. Again no arrival. So, on a dark night we had to walk 4 Kms home in the dark. My husband is in his mid 70’s and I’ll be 80 years old next year. What a dissatisfying service. I shan’t bother again.

The driver couldn't give me a receipt to claim back from my employer, he said he raised a ticket but it's been 3 days and no response from them. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Australian army veteran here, riding in the cab right now booked through DVA transport. Usually we get the silver service taxis but today they sent a standard filthy vehicle driven by a man, who continues to ask too many questions, in a broken heavy accent, wearing pajamas with a small hat on his greasy hair!! Let's also add non existant situational awareness and poor driving skills. An unprofessional garbage company.

status is changed to complete and I have been charged a fare for a trip I didn't take from a place and to a destination not on my request. So I do Not believe this was a simple error. This was an absolute moron and the customer service when I rang did absolutely nothing. 1.5 hours later I had to walk home at 11pm at night with 3 kids and was charged a fare for a ride I didn't take. Disgusting!!

Do not use for pre-booking! We needed a 5-seater to attend a special event. I booked it online 7 days in advance and received the confirmation SMS. When the cab was 5 mins late, I called 13CABS to check it's location and was advised the confirmation doesn't mean anything. It just means they've received the request...no cab was on the way. We had to scramble and get an Uber. DO NOT USE 13CABS. It's old tech. Move on. Show details

I was in the hospital, and just got out. he was 20 minute late when we arrive he said stop here! He asked me for lots of directions I thought that taxi drivers had a map of were your passenger get off and he still asked me for direction. My house was up a little and he said get off at the round about. I fell really mad about this. The plate number is L94ZI.

explained that my booking was for 9:40am, not earlier. I was travelling with my daughter, and his behaviour made us feel unsafe and extremely uncomfortable.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for any service, especially one where passenger safety is expected. I strongly urge the company to take this matter seriously and address this driver’s conduct immediately.

Poor service. Unreliable and late despite pre booking the day before. I booked for 6.45 am and at 6.35 the app indicated he was 5 minutes away. At 6.44 it indicated he was 12 minutes away and was driving away from my location! Egregious conduct. Had to cancel and get DiDi which showed up in 5 minutes. NEVER AGAIN will I use 13CABS.
