Do not use 13cabs unless you want to be scammed and ripped off, driver turned off the meter and used a phone while driving and tried extorting an outrageous sum. If they do this to you, do not pay and call the cops!!!
One of your drivers parked in the click and collect bay in Woolies Balwyn when he clearly was not there to wait for his shopping to be delivered. I had to drive around 3 times till a spot became available. Very selfish youngish driver with no visible impairment which meant that he could have parked 3 bays further down. spot when I am not disabled? No I can’t. Can I park in the electric charge bays when I don’t have an electric car? No I can’t. So what gives your driver the right to park in a click and collect bay when he is not using that service??? Selfish, inconsiderate driver. Will I use your service? Hell no.

Outside Watermarc Greensborough around 4.20pm. 22/08/2025. Driver parked in a disabled spot without a permit,leaving no spare spaces for people who need these spots. Said he needed to go to the Toilet. Advised plenty of parking available and then tried to tell me he had dropped a person off with a disability which again was untrue. Inconsiderate and illegal behaviour by the driver and should be educated.
Booked twice online for trip from workplace to hotel on business trip. BOTH times, drivers picked up the fare, didn't show up, but faked the ride, saying they had picked me up & completed the journey. Was standing in the freezing cold & dark with luggage for 45 mins. Will never use 13 NO CABS again. Disgusting.
Dangerous Driving and Unprofessional Behavior I had a very negative experience with a 13cabs driver on July 17, 2025, southport Gold Coast . The driver dangerously cut into my turning lane without indicating, nearly causing an accident. When I confronted him afterwards, he responded by making an obscene hand gesture (middle finger) toward me. This level of aggression and disrespect is completely unacceptable for a professional driver.

wheelchair appropriately, the experience today was the most upsetting yet. Reception and myself had pre-booked a wheelchair maxi taxi for 7 people to pick up from aged care home at 10am to Hyperdome shopping center and a second pre booked wheelchair maxi taxi for 7 people return from Hyperdome. We got picked up 10 minutes early in the morning (one resident dropped out of the trip last minute, so we were only 6 people), the driver was just amazing and professional, handled the wheelchair security strap in perfectly. The pick up to return unfortunately was the exact opposite. The group and I were 25minutes early at the pick up location. The driver called me 15minutes before pick up and said the following: "You ordered a wheelchair taxi?", "Why?", "I can't pick up a wheelchair and 7 people." - I clarified that one of the 7 people is in a wheelchair and we got here in the morning under the same booking with his colleague no problem at all... In fact all of us fit with 3 chairs still available. This driver said: "Can't do." and hangs up on me. A minute later the headquarters I believe called me from Sydney with a lovely mannered man trying to explain the situation but it still took me to say: "I got here with my residents in the morning no problem, now I need to get them back home. So whatever needs to happen needs to happen now, I pay for another maxi taxi but get us home now." 4 of the group went with the first driver who couldn't secure my wheelchair resident properly and asked me for help. Another taxi arrived, same size as in the morning (we could have all fit easily) with a lovely driver who was amazingly competent. The morning driver and the afternoon second driver are my only reason to not leave a terrible review...

night we had to walk 4 Kms home in the dark. My husband is in his mid 70’s and I’ll be 80 years old next year. What a dissatisfying service. I shan’t bother again.
Follow-up · We didn’t ever try booking with this company again. The walking path was partly down the Belgrave Hallam Road, where there wasn’t a path, we walked on side roads. It was dark. Not good. Took us 90 minutes to our home in Belgrave Heights. There were no buses. No trains. And at that time of night I did not feel able to phone people to pick us up. My daughter was in Frankston!
Absolutely disgusting, worst customer service I have ever experienced and what do you know, indians i dealt with again. This taxi service will hopefully go out of business very soon. If I could give it a negative rating i would.

I have never used 13CABS before, so was hesitant, but it went like a dream. Moe of cab M8494 turned up on time, his cab was clean and he drove the shortest route, safely, to the destination despite admitting he'd never been there before. He was polite and friendly, but did not try to be over familiar. He was worth more of a tip than I could afford to give. Highly recommended even if he wasn't a Kangaroos supporter!
Muhammad driving cab 5124M picked me up for my drive home this afternoon. I recommend him to anyone . He has a Maxi taxi which was a great help. He loaded my walker on board easily.

I booked a maxi taxi - for a wheelchair and 7 passengers for Sat evening to get to my daughter's debutante ball about 20 mins away. It had been booked almost a week in advance. IT DID NOT SHOW!!!! Trying to ring you cannot get an operator to find out where it is. Awful system and made the night EXTREMELY stressful! If I could give zero stars I would!
Got picked up from Crown Casino last night around 1am, with my father and mother in their 80's and he's very frail. After being ushered past 1/2 doz taxis, we got into a cab where we were told is $90 (he wanted cash) to go from Crown out to Strathmore. With my elderly parents in the car, we didn't have much choice. My kids got home about 10mins after us, they paid $45 with Didi. I wouldn't use a Melbourne taxi again, we felt scammed.
Pre booked and pre paid the night before for am pick up, supposed to be here 545 it's now 617, rang them first lady apologised and said cab is in the area, second lady said there were no cabs available. Late for golf , thanks a lot

systems, they require some score. Pointless. Truly pointless with 13CABS because if their drivers don't want to pick you up, they are not compelled to in any way. It's ridiculous!! Make a booking in their app SHOULD = GET PICKED UP. It does not. But not does booking with other app based ride sharing companies like DiDi or Uber. I've had both of those companies stuff me over in different ways. Back to 13CABS. I had a driver at the end of my local train line arrive only because the operator kept telling me "there are three cars logged in at that location right now!!" And there were NO CABS. This man drove around the corner at well over the 40 km speed limit for the Railway station precinct and insisted I pay him more than triple the regular price of the fair because, and I quote him directly, "You made them call me and I was at the club with my friends!! I had to leave the club and having the fun because you tell them I'm not here when I was here!! You pay me three times or you walk!" I am disabled and walking is very difficult for me and this was just after 01:00 (am) on a Saturday night. There should've been cabs around at that time. I had $30 in my wallet which was the equivalent of triple the regular cost for a trip to the station from my home. This fella drove me home and needed to refund me over half that $30 as, even with the late night flag fall, it was only a $12:60 trip and he was ranting and raving the whole way about needing to "leave the club and not being in the club!" 13CABS MUST CHANGE ITS JINGLE BECAUSE ITS A LIE! They are a scam of a company and won't guarantee you a trip in one of their cabs.

When I called to follow up, I was told, “we don’t have a driver allocated”, no apology, no prior notice, nothing. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, they still went ahead and charged my account for a service they never provided.
I sent a formal complaint two days ago asking them to confirm that my account had been credited, and I haven’t even received a response. The lack of follow-up is just as disappointing as the initial experience.
Since services like Uber and DiDi exist, there is absolutely no reason to risk dealing with a company like this. I would never use them again.

you need to be somewhere on time.. their AI voice assistant is hands down one of the worst, I keep asking for a live representative but the AI says “I can hear you want a live representative I might be able to assist” repeat genuinely hope 13 cabs goes into administration sooner rather than later…

No show and when i complaied this was part of their response...Two drivers have recalled the job after accepting it. One driver was far from the pickup, so he informed the department that he couldn't do the job and recalled. Second driver have also recalled but the reason was unclear, w 13cabs are no different to uber!
The state of the wheelchair assessable taxi we were picked up in this morning was disgusting. Dirty! $81.00 including the lifting fee. I only had a $100 note. He gave me $5.00 change and told me he had no more money. He stated the rest was a tip. Then he took off and left. I was distraught! Never again!
Had a 13CABS breach my privacy as they told another person I did not know where I lived without my consent and was sexually harrassed by the driver. I lodged a formal complaint to 13CABS customer care and they just fobbed me off. I strongly do not recommend using this company unless you like being sexually assulted or have your privacy breached.
The driver couldn't give me a receipt to claim back from my employer, he said he raised a ticket but it's been 3 days and no response from them. Disappointing and unprofessional.
Australian army veteran here, riding in the cab right now booked through DVA transport. Usually we get the silver service taxis but today they sent a standard filthy vehicle driven by a man, who continues to ask too many questions, in a broken heavy accent, wearing pajamas with a small hat on his greasy hair!! status is changed to complete and I have been charged a fare for a trip I didn't take from a place and to a destination not on my request. So I do Not believe this was a simple error. This was an absolute moron and the customer service when I rang did absolutely nothing. 1.5 hours later I had to walk home at 11pm at night with 3 kids and was charged a fare for a ride I didn't take. Do not use for pre-booking! We needed a 5-seater to attend a special event. I booked it online 7 days in advance and received the confirmation SMS. When the cab was 5 mins late, I called 13CABS to check it's location and was advised the confirmation doesn't mean anything. It just means they've received the request...no cab was on the way. I was in the hospital, and just got out. he was 20 minute late when we arrive he said stop here! He asked me for lots of directions I thought that taxi drivers had a map of were your passenger get off and he still asked me for direction. My house was up a little and he said get off at the round about. I fell really mad about this. The plate number is L94ZI.
