No reply whatsoever – Poor customer service. I queried an invoice I received recently, which didn't have a supporting document. Sent them an email requesting for one, where they never gave me a courtesy reply.

A comedy of errors – Broken vial, return trip for more required but but notified, urgent results not on time, eternity on hold, one test had to be SENT OUT SOMEWHERE ELSE, won't go back.
