AEG 18V Worksite Blower GM18EX2-0

This little tool is fantastic, don't listen to the bad reviews, it packs a lot of punch for ots size. Excellent value for money. Thank you AEG

AEG- CAN live without it . !! – I cannot review the performance of the Blower because I bought a package of Brushless Battery tools in 2021 because a free blower was being offered . When I applied for the blower ; it was refused because I wanted it sent to my P.O. address. The reason for this was that AEG said I needed to supply a residential address . My address cannot have parcels left because there is no access onto the property for anything larger than an envelope . I tried to speak to someone at AEG ; but that was impossible . I enquired at my P.O. as to whether a parcel could be sent to it and the PostMaster said yes ; they would place it on a shelf and notify me by SMS that a parcel was waiting for collection. I tried again to speak to someone at AEG; but got nowhere. On 12/8/22 I unexpectedly saw an AEG rep at a tool store in Adelaide metro area. I explained the situation to him & he said that the P.O.'s won't accept the blower if it is addressed to them , which is a complete lie !! I said to him that I am upset over this situation and I intend to write a bad review ( this one ) and he replied that he " does not care & goodbye!" My recommendation to people is avoid AEG promotions because they are worthless ; and avoid AEG period ; because Makita & DeWalt easily outperform them .!! ( I can produce a proof of purchase of my kit I originally bought , upon request )

Underpowered. AEG unprofessional to deal with – The blower lacks the grunt to get anything but the smallest jobs done. Need to bend down to blow stuff along the ground. Had a problem with the purchase and misleading advertising, could not call support, had to use email, and AEG denied everything. Avoid this product, avoid this brand for bad support.
