Buyer beware. Incredibly disappointed with the customer service here. Staff were dismissive, impatient, and lacked basic empathy (especially manager Nick Bonner) Terrible communication and zero customer care. Then without warning a man knocks on the door wearing an Aidacare shirt, he had come to examine the chair, chatted away to gain our trust, when asked about repair or replacement. No to replace, and no to repair, the chair cannot be repaired! It's new! It's $3000 worth. But wait! We can buy from Aidacare a cushion to enable us to sit in it, it is only $300. They would not supply the cushion. If you like getting ripped off in your golden years when life should be good, then go there because they will get you. Unbelievable. So upsetting.

There always seem to be something wrong. They cost me a fortune for nothing – Aiidacare picked up my Pride mobility scooter from Bateau Bay Village. They refused to accept payment from my NDIS plan. They almost never rang me. When they returned the machine they charged me $200 for a service but it immediately broke down again. They took the machine and the charger and told me it was the batteries. That meant they had… Read more

returned it without actually checking them and fixing what was wrong. This time they took the charger and when they returned the machine there was no charger. Weeks later when I finally had new batteries fro another source their driver claims he returned it. Those battery chargers cost $400 to replace. I am livid. I need this transport. Months later I get a letter from Aidacare claiming to have resolved some complaint. I have made no complaint beyond writing the review because past history has taught me it is pointless. They letter also says that Aidacare Erina claims to have delivered some parts as part of the complaint process. This also did not happen.

Abysmal if you want a repair under warranty – Aidacare Moorebank service and repair staff are rude and disrespectful. Firstly, they have NO service over the weekend or on public holidays. said they would be out today and were supposed to call me yesterday afternoon to let me know what approximately what time but I did not hear from anyone. I called them this morning to find out what time and they said that the repair guy had called in sick and that due to the easter long weekend I would have to wait until Tuesday.

It was only when I involved a lawyer that they agreed to come out today to service the scooter.

The only person at this company who was decent to me and who didn't lie to me was the repair Guy who was absolutely lovely and made sure that the scooter was working as it was supposed to before he left.

My warranty is for 2 years and there is still 20 months left so hopefully the scooter will remain fine and I will never have to deal with any of these people ever again.

Why does it take engaging a lawyer in order for them to honour a warranty? This company obviously hates disabled people, check their abysmal Google reviews before making yourself a victim of them.

Rude staff members, fail to refund blaming computer problems…was asked to leave the store after asking to speak to someone who could resolve the issue after attending 5 times over the week. have been told it will take over 3 weeks to process a refund and need to submit a request through their head office. Aidacare are major suppliers to the old age care community. They make and sell a large range of recliner chairs in their own right. They also make and sell their Universal chair cover. This dysfunctional product is hopelessly inadequate which can be no surprise - one cover for all types of chairs? Show details

 Follow-up  · See photo - cover did not cover arms and would suit a much smaller chair. I ordered chair cover for their Rembrandt chair. Return process good Staff excellent BUT we pondered - if you haven’t a cover for chair why send an unsatisfactory one and waste all this time???

order and nothing could be done until reopen in January. I asked the order was marked as urgent. Still not having any contact from Aidacare I called today the 13th January (my 5th contact to the store). They could not even find the order! Eventually I was called back to be told it was delivered 4 days ago, the warehouse just needed to dispatch it. I said this was not good enough as it was an urgent order for an end of life patient I needed it today as I have already waited weeks and nothing has progressed. I was told they would call me back. I was called back again when they confirmed the order was at warehouse and it would be sent to their store for pick up in approximately 4 to 5 days! The warehouse is 1 hour away! This order was urgent. I was told it was at the warehouse when I purchased it weeks ago. I asked why this could not be sent by courier today as I have been messed around and given the same story for weeks with no progress. Again I was told they would call me back after speaking with a supervisor. I am still waiting. Unfortunately the patent in need does not have the privilage of time. The lack of service and care is disgraceful.

our last xmas together. Tracey could not have been more helpful and intent on getting us the product on time. Tracey was able to successfully supply the scooter by xmas. It enabled my wife for the first time in 12months to move independantly in the yard and interact with the children. I cannot express the happiness shown by my wife. I am so thankful to Tracey and her staff.. for supply and delivery.. setting scooter up for my wife and the compassion and sincerity shown by every one in the store who became involved. We have celebrated xmas 3 times this year to keep the numbers down so every one could spend quality time with my wife without problems with oxygen etc... which is mounted on scooter. I tried several suppliers and Aida Care stood out as the one to do business with. Great products .. range.. and advice. . and most of all patience. Thankyou Aida Care for making this transaction as smooth as you did.

Their dedication is unmatched. They’ve stayed on the phone to provide directions, delivered products personally when needed, and always ensured we had everything sorted. Stacey even stayed late after work without ever mentioning it, putting our needs first. It’s rare to find such a professional and trustworthy team.

As for the products – functional, stylish, and downright impressive. I never thought I’d be jealous of hospital beds or massage lift chairs, but Aidacare has managed to create products that combine practicality with a touch of elegance. Even their walkers are cool! Every item has been a joy to use and has made life significantly easier for my parents.

I almost feel sad that we currently have everything we need because I’ll miss working with this wonderful team. If you’re considering Aidacare, don’t hesitate – go there now! You’ll be incredibly fortunate to experience their exceptional service and products. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

i had to email the details through. I emailed through the website and then rang to make a complaint got put back through to service and they said they would email a job ticket to get a call out sorted. No emails or messages received from either the website or service department. Spoke again to them and they say they have no record of my correspondence. Still trying to get it fixed. Do not buy anything from them that requires after sales product support.

Very quick to take tax payer money from the NDIS. Terrible when it comes to warranty claims with no understanding of how difficult it is for severely disabled people to be left without their mobility support. Poor communication, no follow-up unless chased, patronising approach. Would never deal with them unless we had to.

I am an Occupational Therapist and I contacted Aidacare to arrange a service on a power wheelchair for my client. After waiting on hold for 15 mins I spoke with a staff member at Coopers Plains who advised that they would call me back to arrange this on the same day. I was not called. I called Aidacare again on the next day and waited another 15… Read more

mins for someone to answer the phone. I pointed out that I had not been called back as advised. I was then advised that my request would now be a priority for a call back today, and the service manager would be advised of my disappointment. By 4pm today I still had no call back from Aidacare. My client is confined to home because his wheelchair needs to be serviced and every day is a delay for his community access. This isn't the first time that I have had issues with Aidacare's customer service. I suggest other people find other companies for equipment repairs and servicing.

The range of products is excellent — functional, stylish, and thoughtfully designed to help individuals live as normal and comfortable a life as possible. I was genuinely impressed by both the quality and practicality of the items available.

Highly recommend this business and, more importantly, dealing with these staff members.

Aidacare at Capalaba have an amazing range of products and Bruce went above and beyond with his tips on how to use certain aged care products. He answered all our queries and even suggested new ideas. We'd been to other aged care assistance stores and were so disappointed with the lack of service and interest and it was so uplifting to finally find a store that we'll be visiting in the future. We have had nothing but terrible service both by going to the store and online. This has to be the worst Mobility place in Australia. Non caring staff Incompetent and rude. For a service that’s supposed to give support to the elderly and vulnerable they are a disgrace.

Very poor disorganised customer service. Phone calls not returned as promised, emails unanswered, messages not passed on. We managed to locate the part we were after from another company within 14 hours of contacting them, Aidacare couldn't manage to respond within the 4 weeks since initial contact.

SCAM ALERT! Aidacare delivery driver stole my package. Be very careful — this is a scam that depends on making you look like the liar. Here’s how it works: Aidacare delivers the package, takes a few photos as “proof,” and drives off. Then the driver comes back five minutes later and steals the package. delivered, Aidacare insists it was — pointing to the photos like I’m making it up. According to them, it was delivered, they don’t have it, and I must be the problem.

Thankfully, I had security footage of the whole thing. When I sent them the video showing their driver taking the package, the story suddenly changed: “Oh, the driver was just concerned about leaving it outside.”

Really? Then why not say that in the first place? Why send delivery photos and claim it was delivered, then go silent when you’re caught? No apology. No accountability.

Their entire scam depends on you not having evidence. If I didn’t have security footage, I’d be painted as the liar — and they’d get away with it.

Caught red-handed. Guilty. Shame on you, Aidacare. Shame.
