We purchased this mattress late August / September 2021 from Port Macquarie, NSW Aldi. Deflated slowly after the 3rd use. We tried everything to find leak but with no success. We don't have packaging or receipt - can we get a refund by any chance? We were going to throw it away but seeing these reviews the product obviously is faulty.

How do you deflate the damn thing - there is no inner valve as stated in the instructions
