Is it supposed to spin? Like literally, I can place it down on a flat surface and and spin it. Does that mean the battery expanded? or its suppose to be like that?

I've had the same model as in the 1st pc on to of the page. Just noticed mine has started to expand as well. Not a good sign as it may mean the battery cell has possibly been damaged and become unstable. Would suggest discontinue any further use as further heat will cause more expiation. Call our email the company and look for a replacement as I'm pretty sure they are covered by a12 month warranty. I'll be doing the same.

Hi how do I charge the powerbank? I’ve plugged it into an Apple charger for days now and it still hasn’t charged. I’m not sure if I’m doing it right. How do I know I charging ?

this device will not take apple charger. the power bank has 2x usb-A (big square) and 1x usb-c output (easily mistaken for apple lightning charger) the last plug is the only input plug. the input plug is a micro usb plug (the old android charger) and is the only one that can charge the battery.

you can only charge the device on this input plug

you should have gotten a small charge cable with the power bank. (usb-a to micro usb) when you plug this cable in it will light up the charging lights to let you know its charging.

Bought one the other day and initial thought was good but upon attempting recharge its stopped at third blink light and won’t charge after a day and a half of charging. Is there something one can do to reset or fix this so I can get a full charge?

Try flattening it by charging a phone etc,,then give another charge. Also check the amps of the wall charger- should be 1.5 to 2amps and 5 volts.It will say somewhere on it.

Managed to get fully charged by using a Samsung wall charger 2amp 5 volt whereas the apple charger I was using was only 1 amp 5 volt, oddly. Still seems to take a few hrs to charge but will cycle a few times and see how it goes. Thanks for the response

How long does the battery last when in use please

Theyre "supposed" to charge an average phone with 3.500 mah battery 100%. and be recharged and used about 500 times.Of course it wears down and ones Ive had have been about 50-60% after 2-3 yrs.
