Perfect for people who enjoy sitting on concrete – The sofa couch looks nice, but it is INCREDIBLY hard. Thankfully we only purchased it for a spare room so it is rarely used. I could not imagine trying to sleep on this couch, it is as hard as a cat’s head. Do not recommend this couch. Show details

The worst – This lounge looks great. However, it is rock hard. And actually causes pain while sitting or lying on it for any length of time. The armrest holes don't match up. I had told Aldi all of this, they put me in touch with the repair dept. I have no resolution, despite my complaints. ( I live on an island and it would cost more for barge fares to take… Read more

it back to mainland) I paid $299. It is an expensive dog couch. And even they choose to lie on the concrete instead. Really bad experience. Don't buy it Thinking of taking to Ombudsman

Would give 0 stars if possible. Do not buy – As a couch it is rock solid. As a bed it has a huge divot in the middle. Build quality seems very poor. Show details

Do NOT buy it – Absolutely uncomfortable. It’s not a couch really, it’s just a wooden bench with a piece of cloth on it. There is almost no cushioning. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are gonna use it outside for your pets. Show details

Looks good but very uncomfortable – No issue with assembly. Design looks nice but be warned, sitting on it for 2 hrs (1 full movie) will make your bum hurt. It lacks the cushioning you’d expect from a standard sofa. I guess you get what you pay for. Show details

Unsafe quality and materials – Use about 6 months and it collapsed while my girl was lying on the couch. One of the back leg broke, the layers of the wood piece break apart. We assembled it in February and never dissembled it, I didn't expect the quality was so fragile. Show details

Disappointed. 2 legs have collapsed in less than 8 months. The springs push through the seat – This sofa is very uncomfortable, there is next to no padding on the sofa, and you can feel the springs poking into you as you're sitting. Legs are broken. Product is only 8 months old. Show details

Aldi sucks – Took me and my wife 4 hours to assemble it. The holes didn’t match and the quality of the product is low. I have bought other cheap stuff from Aldi and they are all bad. Will never buy any of the Aldi products. It’s cheap for a reason  Show details

Doesn’t last long – Purchased in October. Love the look and it’s perfect for what we wanted but hasn’t lasted. Didn’t expect too much for the low price but more than 12 weeks of use would have been expected. We managed to assemble it, although needed our own tools as it didn’t line up properly. The couch/bed was very firm to start and my husband immediately said it… Read more

was very uncomfortable. With use it has become softer and I have slept on it a few times. You can’t sleep in the middle like a single bed, only on one side or the other or it is uncomfortable. Unfortunately after just three months of daily use as our only couch, the foam on the seat has collapsed, and you can now feel springs as you sit on it. It’s becoming less and less comfortable by the day. If I could return it I would instead we will have to try to fashion a new cushion & cover. Disappointing.

A good looking sofabed but not so comfortable when you seat on it – Pros: cheap($299), a good looking piece to decorate the room Cons: Difficult to assemble as the screw holes are not arcuate match , use the impact driver will be a help. Sit on it and you can feel the foam is quite cheap Show details
