stretch (think gangster) Jaguar confirmed. No prior warning, no apology, a very aggressive [Name Removed] on the phone when my daughter phoned him. We had no choice other than to proceed although literally at 7pm that same day less than 20 hours before the wedding we managed to find another car. The other two amazing and professional companies we used for a replacement Rolls and 5 x BMWs said Allure Limousines do this all the time - they double book the Rolls and send an alternative so late there is no other option. They will tell you it's their most popular car. This company is shoddy, aggressive and predatory in their tactics. They rely on the fact that they have you cornered at the very last minute before a wedding without a choice. DO NOT USE THEM.

Perfect for our event We booked Allure Limousines for a night out and it made the whole experience much easier. Comfortable ride, friendly driver and no worries about parking or timing. Would use again.

Reliable airport transfer I’ve used Allure Limousines a few times now and they’ve been consistently reliable. Always on time, good communication and comfortable vehicles. Makes travelling a lot easier, especially early flights.

We hired a limousine from Allure Limos for a private booking for my stepdad, who is very unwell with cancer. As the vehicle was leaving our property, the driver struck and destroyed our mailbox, burst the Water Corporation pipe, and damaged… Read more

The situation was so bad the car had to stop, and my stepdad — the passenger the limo was meant to be looking after — had to get out, turn off the water main himself, and call Water Corporation for an emergency repair. He ended up soaked, needing to change clothes, and was left running late for his special event. The driver offered no assistance whatsoever.
Despite clear evidence, Allure Limos are yet to reimburse the cost of replacing our mailbox.
What makes it worse is the behaviour of [Name Removed], their self-styled “Chief Experience Officer.” The company claims to be built on “outstanding customer service,” yet his phone manner was aggressive, dismissive, and utterly lacking in accountability or compassion. To market yourself as Perth’s “Premier Limousine Hire Company” while treating vulnerable customers in this way is disgraceful.
Pipes and mailboxes can be fixed. Integrity and reputation are harder to repair.
Follow-up · The owner only responded after I posted the review - despite several earlier emails giving them the opportunity to reply. His messages were sarcastic, aggressive and patronising. The Best Experience ever !!! – On Sat 28th September celebrating our wedding anniversary our Limo Driver Robert Brown delivered us safety to our destinations and picked us up on time providing a pleasurable experience. His demeanor was that of a true professional very knowledgeable and accommodating to our every need. Not satisfied with the service – Rented a limo from Allure for my daughter's school ball. Pick up was fine. Upon reaching kings park where the kids headed off to take pictures, the limo started smoking up. [Name Removed] the driver was brilliant. experience i wanted for the kids (and also not for the money i paid for) Luckily before i could, another parent called up the boss expressing his discontentment. I sent him an email as well. Lo and behold another replacement limo arrived to drop off the kids to their ball. The owner never got back to me at all!! Very unprofessional!! [Name Removed] in that scenario was brilliant, keeping me up to date with what was happening. Hats off to her!!!

I didn’t even want a refund or money back, just establish what went wrong - an absolute joke really. Beware if you have to deal with the owner. Side note - the limo we did get was ok (albeit not the correct one) and driver, [Name Removed], was great. One star due to the way my complaint was handled.
Amazing Service and Gorgeous Cars! – We could not fault the service from Allure Limousines on our wedding day. Our driver was dressed in a suit and tie and looked very smart. I went inside the church! I don't think you can do any better than Allure Limousines if you are looking for professional service at a low price with nice people.

chauffeur was very friendly and arrived early so he could find the best spot for our champagne toast.
Allure Limousines made sure we had everything we needed before our big day - they even gave us a box of champagne glasses! They showed up on time in beautiful cars that looked even better than in the pictures.
When it came time to drop off all our wedding presents at home they were happy to help.
