children ( that was it) the children had no idea he was supposed to be Ryder! A unicorn who couldn’t paint! No games! No interaction with the children when dressed as mascots. They were beyond awful! AND I had booked Chase and was eventually told after numerous emails and messages to the events coordinator that they couldn’t do it! No apologies just a blunt we can’t do it! Please note this was their 2nd chance because last year with them was a disaster as well!! Save your money and book a decent company!

Go direct to entertainers and suppliers and save money – I would not recomment this company purely because they do not own any of the characters or services, they act as an agent and put hefty fees on top. You're better to source characters, party entertainers, and anything directly in your state, to keep the costs down. Save your money, go direct to small business and book your parties with entertainers and suppliers who work hard, save yourself money and support local business in your area. This company adds on so much money to third party quotes, they're located in Sydney, and give a third of the money they take from people malking bookings to entertainers and suppliers who do all the hard work! Shame the CEO has no idea how bad the attitude of her staff are, especially when asking for simple information before booking. Absolutely astounded at how much profit they put on top for themselves, I know this because I've been running events for over 25 years and their quotes are so over inflated, because they have to pay staff to run the agency. Go direct. Support local. Fly By Fun's quote for 3 hours for two ponies around $2,500 (no mention if GST was included in the price). Local contractor we used last year for 3 hours $850.00. Six hours was quoted at nearly $4,000.00! Last year's contractor for six hours was $1150. However, they failed to note that you can't have ponies out in the sun for six hours without a break! They don't know this because they don't own them. They make money out of using contractors and suppliers. Support local, ring around, ask friends, post on Facebook asking for recommendations if you need anything for children - that way you know what you're getting and you're getting it without the inflated cost they add on top.

Amazing ninja entertainer – We had a great ninja entertainer for our son's 7th birthday party. The kids loved the games, balloon ninja swords and glitter tattoos, and he did a wonderful job of entertaining the kids even when some were a little over enthusiastic with the balloon swords! Everything went smoothly and the kids had a blast, thank you :)

Underdelivered, poorly organised – my 5yo had a slime party. the slime didn't turn out, not surprising as the ingredients were measured out. Most kid threw their slime in the bin. parents complained that they had to use solvo to get the colouring off kids hands once they got home. The entertainer was not very entertaining at all, no energy, could keep the kids attention. Our party was at a park, you need to BYO arts and craft table for the kids. This was stessful to source and organise to bring down to a park. They had no table coverings and it took a good scrub with bleach to get my tables clean afterwards. I honestly think i could have looked upl a slime recipe on line, bought some cheap whacky glasses and lab coat and hosted a better slime party myself. disppointing and heart breaking for my daughter who was looking forward to her birthday so much

Fly By Fun changed our performer three days before my son's 6th birthday party. The original performer was no longer available and we were also asked to change to a different time even though we had the booking secured more than 4 weeks earlier.

New performer arrived and had little impact. Required myself to step in to get the children's attention at the beginning. He was meek, quiet and had little presence at all.

38mins of Hide and Seek. 27mins sitting under a parachute in the sun (had to keep asking him to move back under the shade). Terrible use of time. When there are children saying they are bored and they decided to sit out for almost an hour, that speaks volumes.

As we had hired a Ninja, we thought there would be some sort of ninja games of activities/training. There was little to none. To be honest, we could have saved $350 and simply got myself or a parent to dress up and run wild with the children for 90mins.

The performer did not project his voice or make his show/performance vibrant or entertaining. Children lost interest very quickly. Some parents had to remind him often to do activities under the shade and not sit in the direct sun.

Parents spoke to me and were sad to see such a weak performance which did not make children feel happy.

We should have used Super Steph, as we had seen some shows before and they always knocked our socks off. Children are completely focused, happy and involved in everything.

We will never use Fly By Fun again and I write this review to let others know.

We had such hopes for a great day. But sadly the product did not live up to the hype.

a no show – I made an inquiry appointment. I was sent multiple reminders to which I said yes I could attend. On the day I was waiting for the phone call/video call... and no one called me. I am so disappointed. I will not be using Fly by Fun services. I did not even receive any follow up or apology for not showing up.

Wonderful kids party entertainer – We had Spiderman at our son’s 4tn birthday and he was a massive hit! Parents haven’t stopped talking about him since when I bump into them. And best of all, my son absolutely loved him too!

Perfect entertainer for a birthday party – We had Alex who dressed up as a spider man for our little boy’s birthday party yesterday. It is by far the best part of the day for all the kiddies. Absolute Best entertainer – We had the Iron man entertainer for our sons 2nd Birthday today and I cannot fault anything every aspect of the entertainers visit was 100 percent done perfectly so professional and so much fun. Thanks Fly by fun we will definitely be using you again for future parties and highly recommend this entertainer .

great entertainers and excellent job – They arrived early to make sure they could start on time. All the activities were entertaining and kids loved them so much! It is definitely a must have for a party!

Perfect entertainment for my sons 6th birthday party – We had mine craft Steve entertainment for my sons 6th birthday. It was so much fun kids loved it and he made so much effort To include each kid. The best entertainment we ever had highly recommend.

Hit show – The superman character in my sons birthday party was a hit. Would recommend everyone to book from fly by fun. Nicely managed full entertainment for whole hour. The entertainer also had a close resemblance to superman.

Heartwarming 1st birthday – Alejandra and her mum were so wonderful and brought a lot of fun to our little ones birthday with games and nursery rhymes and face painting which was a real hit. anything . I received a phone call at 5pm the night before the party . I then received a phone call on the morning of the party and told the entertainer could not make it . This was an hour before the party started . I was then told there could be a high possibility no one would be able to cover but however would be kept in the loop with what was going on . I was only told what was going on because I sent a text and was told no one could cover . My daughter was devasted . I was left with less than an hour to organise entertainment for 32 children . Not really Happy – I had Butterfly fairy came to my 2 year old daughter party. Lots of thing were told wasn’t done. There was only dancing which Was not impressed. She took very long to do face painting. I booked for 20 kids for 1.5 hours from that 1 hour probably taken to do face painting. So disappointed not worth money. I have paid $367. The worst face paint I have ever seen – Face painting was terrible - lines for the girls and dots for the boys - No music or dancing - Pass the parcel was a black velvet bag with only one toy which was not even a toy - promised parachute game and did not deliver - the entertainer did not know what to do Show details
