video within minutes, and the provider team immediately jumped in to guide me. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free at a time when I really needed it.

They recommended a provider that was a little further away, but it was open later, accepted my VA benefits, and had imaging on-site. That extra step made all the difference for me, especially since what I thought was a sprain turned out to be a broken ankle. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, but Amaze Health made it not as bad as it could have been thanks to their support.

[Name Removed] company delivered very poor service and food at my 50th celebration in Daylesford. He promised to refund me in writing and has since just dodged his responsibility and refused to communicate. His business is a scam. His chef has also contacted me and my wife complaining that he does not pay his staff and that she has not been paid for our event. I have written proof of all these matters that I am happy to share. Wonderful food! My good friends used Amaze App for their wedding event last night, and everything came out fresh, hot, and filled with delicious flavours. They took in considerations to blend two very different cultures together and really highlighted these cultures in the menu. I also heard from some of the chefs he was trying to get on the job for us, food allocation budget was only $600 put of the $2750 (including tax) we paid for our small close family wedding.. probably why they couldn't provide..

I have rung other people in my industry, please note that I have been in the hospitality business now for 35 year, they too have been ripped off by [Name Removed]. OF my best friend’s wedding (7/9/2024), which was not only unprofessional but caused an immense level of stress for a pregnant bride-to-be and completely changed the vibe of what was meant to be an exciting morning of wedding preparations.

The bride then called [Name Removed] (business owner), who really couldn’t care less about the situation, where he gave lots of excuses and a less-than-ideal option of arranging a food truck instead. When she declined this option and requested a refund so we could try and source the desired catering elsewhere, [Name Removed] refused to arrange an instant refund, became nasty and accused her of contacting the chef and disclosing financial information to him - which she had not! We thought this was a strange accusation to make in this situation and it instantly gave red flags that there was potentially a financial dispute between [Name Removed] and the chef that was likely the reason for the chef cancelling last minute. The reason for this was not ever made clear at the time, but in a strange turn of events the chef did end up being available and attended to cater the wedding - after putting everyone through hours of stress and uncertainty.

I will give credit to chef [Name Removed], who despite all of the stuff around did provide an excellent service on the night with the quality and quantity of food. I can’t say the same about the serving staff who for whatever reason thought that during speeches was an ideal time to walk up with platters of food to those that were talking, interrupting their speech. And also talking to the bride about the menu while she was trying to listen to speeches being made about her.

Even more bizarre was that the same woman serving food had the audacity to come into the bar area before she left and asked the bride for a couple of vodka cruisers because she needed to take some to her friend who was “having a meltdown”. No offer to pay for them, just thought she was entitled to some alcohol. You just can’t make this stuff up, such an incompetent service for a company that looks so professional on their socials.

Amaze App is by far the WORST catering business I have ever encountered, and I have both hosted and attended many catered events in my life.

You’d think, for an event that’s been booked, paid and planned months in advance, a catering company could give more than a few hours' notice before pulling out, or at least have a proper contingency plan in the event that a chef was suddenly not available. But alas, [Name Removed] can’t manage even the most basic level of professionalism, even more evident in his childish gaslighting replies to honest reviews.

Adding insult to injury, when you try to leave an honest review anywhere he has the power to edit, it magically disappears. This is a pattern—just check for yourself. Anything that’s less than glowing is either deleted or brushed off as a “fake review,” which seems to be [Name Removed]'s default response to genuine criticism. The only thing that is fake here is Amaze App. It’s very convenient that reviews on Google Maps were nonexistent before my friend put up her review today, and now it’s suddenly bombarded with 5-star reviews and [Name Removed] replying to her review with false accusations and wrongly accusing that she was the problem, further covering up his incompetence - despite there being countless emails with proof to debunk everything he has claimed in retaliation. Seems like [Name Removed] is creating his own reviews from many made up accounts or getting his friends to create fake 5-star reviews for him to balance out the negative ones.

[Name Removed] is clever with his marketing and makes himself look like a big shot, but take notice that for a business with over 2000 likes and follows on Facebook/Instagram and 20K+ likes on TikTok each post he makes has very limited engagement, there are even posts with commenting disabled.. very suspicious. My guess is that most of the comments get deleted or hidden when they contain the less than pretty reality of dealing with Amaze App.

But deleting reviews doesn’t change the fact that Amaze App is one of the most disreputable and unreliable companies I’ve ever encountered. [Name Removed] prefers to bury his mistakes and pretend they didn’t happen, showing ZERO accountability.

To any future brides or event organisers: spare yourself the heartache and stress. There are plenty of competent, honest caterers out there—this just isn’t one of them.

To any chefs or businesses looking to join forces with Amaze App: Don’t. If you care about your worth and your reputation, don’t go anywhere near [Name Removed] and his business.

We used Justin to find us an in home chef to take the pressure off myself and my family. The candidates presented by Justin were very high quality and the chef we have chosen to employ has been excellent and very understanding and professional. Show reply

Had the very great pleasure of devouring many meals prepared by a few chefs working with Amaze App over the past couple of years. The events are always very enjoyable and run smoothly, the atmosphere is fun and relaxed, and most importantly the food is absolutely delicious and abundant. I shared the house space at a private home with Justin and his team (I was the nanny for the bride’s baby) at a recent wedding. I observed that the team were all so lovely, and passionate about ‘getting it right’ for the guests. I overheard several guests rave over the food too. We had Justin and Amanda cook at an Air BnB for our intimate wedding. The food was great, we had a range of pasta dishes, steaks and yummy salads.
