I loved the handling of the bag, light as advertised BUT after its first flight came off all dented with no logo, exposing 3 holes, luckily I was able to pull the dent out. It survived one more trip before the shell cracked in 2 different places. One split close the wheels and then a massive crack in the middle. Check thin polypropylene. Save your… Read more

money and buy a bag that is a bit stronger. Had no issues with wheels or zips they lasted the 3 trips really well including a metro station use. It’s a no for me though. Worst suitcase ever that I have owned. Neither Air New Zealand nor AT accepted any responsibility. The Lady at Strandbag said it would be a waste of time with them as it is so clearly handlers fault and Air New Zealand blamed the material so I got nowhere. Warranty 10 years, right! May as well have no warranty as everything is claimed to be handling issues not built quality. It’s a product built to store not use and definitely not suitable for being used on an aircraft with how the luggage is handled nowadays, unless you fly to Japan but Germany, Australia, NZ and US, different story

Do not purchase – Bought 2 of these suitcases. Both zips failed on first use. Clothing ended up all over carousel. Not worth the money. Waiting to see how they respond with an exchange. No point fixing as the zips are useless !! Edit Standbags- ballarat, replaced these suitcases with another brand. They were very good to deal with Show details

Zips keep separating after every flight – Bought 3 cases. Have used them on two trips. Both times all three cases have ended up back with supplier for repairs under warranty. Each time is the same issue - the zip is separating from its track. Each time I put these cases in to the luggage check in they are fine, when I collect from the carousel the zips are separated. I suspect these… Read more

cases fail when they are stacked on top of each other by the baggage handlers. Very poor quality case and I wish I’d never bought them. Have had zero issues with larger Antler and Samsonite cases I have that have done 30+ flights . I do not recommend buying this case.

Update: supplier took back all three and issued a refund despite the fact I bought them over a year ago. Probably tells you all you need to know on the quality of the case…Great customer service though from BagWorld and I would recommend them as a supplier.

After first trip had a hole in it – Just bought this suitcase and after our very first trip ended up with a hole in it. Pretty flimsy! American Tourister didn’t want to know anything about warranty and told me to claim via travel insurance. Excess however is bigger than cost of suitcase. But no more American Tourister luggage for me, ever!! Show details

broken after first use – Unfortunately I was not able to use the case for a long time, as it broke after the first time I used it. No further issues with wheels, lock, ... The case itself does not seem very solid, as it completely burst open. I travel a lot, but it's the first time I see this with a case. First time I bought American Tourister, so probably it will be the last time as well. Show details

Light weight, great product – Bought this case about 2 years ago, since lock downs have opened up I have taken it on numerous flights and trips. It's pretty sturdy, and I love how I don't have to worry too much at the airport about weight as it's super light. Also great that when it rains the bag is easily dried, just wipe it over. Would buy again for my partner but everywhere is sold out! Show details

Lightweight Suitcase – Only 3.2kgs. Very lighweight Beautiful Coral colour. Hardcover and good size. Perfect for if you want to take a lot of things when travelling or if you plan to do a lot of shopping. The colour stands out so you can easily recognised it.
