so many ideas and their creativeness is absolutely amazing! They captured the theme perfectly and it was everything and more. If you are deciding on whether to use their services, just do it! You won't regret it.
EXPECTATIONS MET – Amica exactly met my vision, never once was a task too difficult! I dealt with Kristine and she was absolutely AMAZING to work with. I had my dream wedding because of Amica Event Hire and if I had to do it all over again with Amica, I would!
Great Experience – We asked AMICA to do our high end luxury event and we had a fantastic experience. They were so friendly and delivered an excellent service. Not too sure why all these negative reviews. I can confidently say that we had a magnificent experience with them and would recommend with no issues.
horrible – Horrible processes and even more difficult people to deal with. They sneak charges in at the last minute. Don't pay them. They know they aren't allowed to bump out next day at a tonne of venues yet they don't let you know untill last minute. Dog tactics.
Terrible – In my personal opinion, I had a terrible first-hand experience with Amica. I preferred my experience with [Name Removed]. We contacted the third-party to query the price increase. Amica asked us to wait on contacting the third party directly. It was resolved after we queried the price increase. This is a statement of fact with evidence as proof.
Our main issue with Amica is that we paid for items which were not provided on our wedding night as per our invoice. Amica cited compliance issues. The venue compliance manager confirmed in writing that at no stage did he see these items, and if he did, he would have allowed them. This is a statement of fact with evidence as proof.
Amica did not respond to us once this information came to light. This is a statement of fact.
We have an upcoming court case with a set date in order to retrieve a refund from Amica. This has taken over a year. This is a statement of fact.
