The support agent was a great helper to me today. very patient and polite. sorted everything i needed

noticed an unexpected charge in my transaction history. raised it with support. they confirmed it was an error. the refund took 14 days. i had to follow up twice. for a confirmed mistake on their end two weeks feels like a very long time to have my money held up.

Looked up Amoredate delete account before joining just to know I could leave if I wanted. haven't wanted to. that tells you something.

Nno glitches so far. Decent conversations with other profiles. Usually these places feel like they're built for teenagers but this one is actually quite easy to navigate. I don't feel out of place or confused by the layout which is refreshingg

Easy to use and I'm not against paying when the experience is good. The credits are explained clearly and I haven't felt tricked or pressured into spending more than I wanted to. Feels honest

I change my age preferences, save it, and the next day it's back to default. I've given up trying to fix it.
