The women seem genuine. The conversations develop over time rather than dying after three messages. And when I've needed help from support I've actually got it. Three things that matter and all three are here.

The automatic crop on my profile photo cuts off the top of my head. I look like a passport photo. There's no way to adjust it. That's the first thing any woman sees when she comes across my profile. Not a great start
