Andrea Gentle Creme Bleach for the Face

Do not use Andrea Creme – Used this bleech on face as per guidelines, started feeling burning sensations in few minutes, so washed the face. All the area turned red, and acne marks turned dark black. I am very much worried, when it will return back to normal. Chemist warehouse carnegie trying to locate and rang the distributer, and they can’t find it. I can’t find amy company details on the internet.

it's getting more and more painful, and with the extreme burning sensation, I gently wiped off my face using the cotton pad with warm water (as instructed). As soon as my face exposed to warm water, it burns and stings my skin.

It's getting worse when I applied the moisturising cream (included in the package, again as instructed).

I quickly wash my face off using cold water. I look in the mirror and realise some of the layers of my skin came off. It's getting worse the next morning.

I'm unable to contact the customer service to raise my complaint as there is no customer service number listed on the product package and seems like the website www.aiibeauty.com is not secure as well.

Does not work! – I am mad about buying a product that says its for face bleaching....but doesn't bleach! In the instructions it says if it hasn't made an effect after 10 minutes leave it longer, i left it till 20 mints and it does not make a difference. The hairs on my face stay black but my skin tone whiteness.

Andrea Cream Bleach – I have used this product for over 20 years, it has been my life saver, since using this product, I have had no worries about dark upper lip facial hair showing. Great product!

I returned to the store the next day to return it and was palmed off to Andrea. The next day I tried to again return the product (different clerk) and she gave me a full refund and took down my details to report to Andrea.

To my surprise very soon afterwards I received a phone call from an Andrea representative asking for the details, they seemed quite concerned.

For the entire next week my face was horrid, and I think a layer of skin came off.

After searching for Andrea bleach online (to write this review) I found a review on another website describing the exact same reaction, which leads me to believe that this was not an isolated incident!
