The shell of the clifton is ok and zips work. However, the castor wheels are garbage on mine the wheels disintegrated with less than 6 flights with short walks to rental car lots. The wheels are very thin and do not have bearings. Show details
Poor quality, even worse customer service. Expander zip disappeared on first outing. Contacted customer service to get a replacement that I would be happy to install. Insisted I take it to a 'service centre' to have appraised and if they decide it's under warranty then repaired but if they decided the airport knocked it off then no dice. I live… Read more
in a rural area so how am I meant to do that? Also, bag was in the rain while being loaded onto aircraft and water seeped in around the seam and made some clothes wet. So glad I recently bought three Antler bags [insert sarcastic emoji]. Look elsewhere if you want a 'warranty' to actually mean anything.
Hope this costs you a sale Antler and all for the price of a $0.02 zip and a stamp.

Don’t Buy! – Have had antler bags for years. Whatever coating is on this bag, it’s disastrous. So porous. We bought 2 lighter colours this time. My husbands is ok. The taupe, totally ruined after one flight. All of the conveyor belt rubber is ingrained in it. Permanently. Definitely not as resilient as other colours. So be mindful, the taupe finish isn’t as good. Show details
Do not buy from this company – Ordered this case direct from Antler Australia never arrived cannot contact the company by phone no response to heaps of emails Show details
Never buying antler again – Bought this in 2022, on the first trip the contents of the bag was soaked through with water due to rain that has permeated the zips. Second use, lots of scratches & corner plastic ripped off. Third use, wheel came off & had to throw it out. Very disappointed as didn’t even get 12 months out of it. Show details
Great suitcase, strong and reliable – Bought three Antler Clifton (67cm) suitcases for a family trip to France and Spain and they were great! They not only withstood baggage handlers and luggage conveyor belts, they handled being wheeled for kilometres across the cobblestones, gutters and other uneven surfaces of both countries. Because we travelled by train and walked from train… Read more
stations to our accommodation and back, the wheels got a really good workout. The hard case is durable and strong, zippers withstood us packing the bags to the brim (they do expand via a zipper) and the handles remained intact. The lighter colour bags do get black scuff marks in the plane and on the luggage carousel so, while they look nice, I would suggest sticking to navy or black unless you are OK with the scuffing. We bought these from Strandbags in the Black Friday sales - $209 each.
