8 years, at least ten international trips, durable and great bags, no faults – Very Happy with these bags, lightweight, easy to roll, many, many trips and still going strong. Ours are the 82cm large ones - soft sided.

I would never buy Antler again! Don't recommend at all! – I would never buy ANTLER luggage again! We purchased a luggage bag for over $350, we used it once and it is now open at the seams. We sent it to be repaired by Antler via Myer and they sent it back and refused to fix it. They refused to honour their warranty and the bag came back in a worse condition than it was sent to them...it was now ripped! They wanted us to pay to repair it. The bag is under warranty and it was barely used. They have just passed the blame on the airline saying that the airline damaged the luggage. A bag does not rip if it is dropped. It is clear that their workmanship is incredibly poor and these bags are a huge waste of money. Worst company, product and customer service! I am incredibly infuriated by the way they treated us and took our hard earned money and provided us with a horrible product! Absolutely disgusted! I would never recommend this product to anyone. Don't waste your money buying Antler!

Great suitcase – Now that I have mastered the lock system I love my suitcase. The colour stands out on the carousel. I suggest a cover as the surface marks easily. Love the four wheels as it is easy to maneuver.
Antler Cyberlite – My last set of Antler suitcases lasted 20 years and was only replaced due to wieght limits. My new set off Cyberlites lasted one trip, a 10 ceny hole in the fabric, the air line Qantas took no responsabilite and said it was Antler warranty . Antler warranty does not cover any thing. They cover zips and stiching and little else poor quality does not appear to be there problem. Three out of four off my new Antler cases have holes or handle falts and a 10 year guaranttees you will buy another brand { may be the asians have the right idea candy sprip bags and duct tap?
10 year warranty worthless – My luggage was an Antler Zero but my review relates to Antler luggage generally. The 10 year guarantee is worthless - only covers manufacture fault not quality. The handle system on mine started sticking about 6th trip - they wouldn't cover - they said it was bent due to rough carrier handling! How could they determine whether rough or not? Obviously the handle system is not of a quality that can cope with one trip per year.
