I have a Antilia 190L/Min, 50L air compressor model AN2550CH-1, purchased from Repco. From day one it would not run smoothly/freely. I adjusted the belt to loosen the tension, which alleviated the problem, however it still run rough and under strain. I took the head off and inspected the cylinders, which seemed to move correctly. Yesterday when I started up the compressor, it seized after running for about a minute. It was apparent that the flywheel on the motor was stuck as when I turned this it would kick over but then freeze again. The main issue I have is that when I approached Repco for assistance they said that there was no local support for the product or availability of spare parts. The unit they said was sourced out of China and that was it. This did not bide well for buying any tools or equipment from Repco ever again as they do not, to my mind, stand behind any equipment they might sell. The customer assistance was basically p*ss poor.

Hahaha 1st one the air tank was full of blast beads from manufacturing, just received the replacement and the safety air release valve activates before the automatic shut off switch. I am an expert in assembling the compressor for first use now, just havn't been able to use them

Purchased in at Repco.

No Parts – Purchased this item from Repco and it worked in a domestic situation for just over two years when the alloy tube that connects between the cylinder and the compressor tank, cracked and broke. It is a metric 8mm pipe and evidently difficult to locate for the purpose of replicating the original. Approached Repco who were unable to locate the part even though this model is still being sold. It is out of warranty.

Would suggest before buying this brand that you ask about parts availability before purchasing.

A custom made hydraulic hose and fittings fixed this particular issue.
