Worked perfectly for years, now gives me the message "system has new version" with no indication of how to obtain it and no opt out option. Very disappointing!

Manual doesn't have enough information and mine won't let me delete recordings and I've contacted them and sent a video now they won't reply my email or help me fix this problem.

 Follow-up  · Nothing has changed I've tried all I can think of and still can't delete any of my recordings and I haven't heard anymore from the seller
