Apre Baby Electric Bottle Warmer

Just right, value for money – I am using it for almost 1.5 years, it works just fine. warms bottles to 40 degrees quickly, i am using Pigeon bottles with it and they fit well. I am going to use it with my second child indeed. Never used it for sterilising, so no comments on that.

Love it – We've tried a few other warmers but this one has to be our favourite. It warms the bottle quickly and quietly, and keeps it at the temperature you set it to until you need it. Great for those midnight / 1-2-3-4am feeds when the last thing you want to do is hover around while the kettle boils or play around with the bottle to have the perfect room temperature milk.

Does its job – Ordered my warmer online and it was shipped in a mater of days. It does its job well by heating baby bottles and baby food jars quickly and in a matter of minutes. compatibility issue. This also works in my spare Avent standard bottle and fits in the warming dock. It has options for warming baby bottles or food jars with different temperature settings. How I wish they have a push button instead of a knob to turn them on. I mean, who uses knob switches when everything is now touchscreen? Oh well, as long as it does its job.

email address given in the warranty card is also not working. My breast pump is not working after 2 month of purchasing and I want to have a replacement. Being in New Zealand it is very hard for me to reach this store in any way. I will do my best to warn the other buyers regarding this company. I send email which returned back to me saying " not reachable". I paid NZ$70.00 and now I cannot use it. I cannot even find a replacement. It is terrible.

Warms Fast – I wanted to have a bottle warmer that is not complicated to use and I got what I wanted with this machine. It can fit almost all brands of baby bottles(I have Avent, Medela and Dr. Brown) that needs heating. the milk and the bottle is just warm enough and not too hot for drinking. The warming process only takes a few minutes. I have been recommending this warmer to friends as it gives the needed warming job during cold months.  Show reply

11 month old son wakes up at 3 am for his water bottle. It only takes about 1 to 3 min to warm it up. This is a great bottle warmer. It works just as expected and I will recommend this to everyone.

Terrible product. Worse customer service – Before buying anything from the apre baby website, note that there is no contact number to call should you have any issues. warm the milk or completely over cooks it.

There are 2 lights on the front of the warmer that turn off when the milk is ready (confusing) however if you don’t catch it when they turn off, it cycles through again, rewarms the milk (lights on) and then the lights turn off again.

If you’re busy with a baby, it’s impossible to know how many times it’s cycled through - resulting in either cold milk (the first 3 cycles of on/off lights won’t have warmed the milk enough) or completely overcooked milk (somewhere between cycle 4 and 6, depending on the amount of milk in the bottle).

After trying unsuccessfully to use this product multiple times, i attempted to contact the company for a refund. The contact form yielded no response.

I then went back to the various correspondence we’d received when purchasing the product and emailed the 2 separate gmail accounts that had sent my receipt and shipping info, requesting a refund if i returned the product… no response.

I then went to paypal and emailed a third email account, requesting a refund if i returned the product… no response.

My last resort was to contact paypal and request a refund through their buyer protection scheme.

As usual, paypal were amazing. They escalated the issue and advised we would have to wait 10 days for a response from the merchant. The merchant made us wait the full 10 days before replying, advising that we had to send the product back tracked post before they would approve a refund.

$15 tracked postage later we’ve finally received a refund through paypal. Also note that the merchant would have received the tracked package back but refused to confirm with paypal that they’d received it.

We had to chase that up with paypal ourselves & provide the tracking number.

Overall it was a painful, long and arduous process dealing with these shonky, unprofessional people. From ordering the product to receiving the refund was a 6 week turnaround.

I will be reviewing this product everywhere to warn others about the bad product and service from this apparently ‘100% australian’ company.

do something else with the baby (a little longer than 5 mins) and yes, it heats up. Just need to give it time. I use 3 bottle brands for my baby, Closer to Nature, Dr. Brown and Medela. The last 2 fits fine in this warmer, but Closer to Nature doesn't fit "in", it's just really snug and I don't think it even touch the water in the warmer. So might want to watch out if you have wide-neck bottles. I have an average sized kitchen, and I find it takes a little bit of room on my countertop. It fits slim standard neck bottles. Practical. Keeps bottle warm at constant temperature. Don't think it fits wide-neck bottle. have to leave it a little bit longer to heat up bottles.
