Aquapro AP3000 Waterfeature / Pond Pump

I must have the odd one out. Fantastic little pump – My Aquapro ap3000 runs my smallish (?60l) fountain. I feel terrible I have abused this little pump so much. taps (recycled water). So the pump in general hasn't had an easy life. I hope the shock of it not having to strain now doesn't kill it.

Another piece of junk for hard rubbish and land fill – Agree with all the other negative reviews about this pathetic piece of equipment. Only used for a few weeks and it just stopped working. Kept filter clean and was submersed in a small water fountain feature. JUNK. Show details

A Pump with built in obsolescence – I have gone through 3 of these pumps over the past 5 to 6 years. The first two stopped working within the warrantee period and were replaced by the friendly staff at Bunnings. The first two got water into the windings, hardly submersible is it, and the third one had a problem with the shaft becoming wobbly. Oh well something else for land fill I guess.

I will not buy another Aquapro but will instead buy a the Reefe brand. Besides those two brands I don't think there are any other options. ABSOUUTE TRASH.

So over these pumps. It's all Bunnings have. Don't go there ! – I'm onto my 4th pump in 6 years. I don't even run them every day and when I do it's often only for a few hours. I clean them regularly. They just die. Enough said. Show details

More trouble than it is worth – Very difficult to pull apart to clean. Haven’t been able to pull it apart so far. Bought it over a year ago. Poor marketing design. Are there any powerlifters who can help. Just a stupid machine. Avoid it.  Show details

Poor quality – Pump stopped after 7 hours of use, pulled apart and found way too thin shaft broken in 4 places. Bunnings shouldn’t sell these, I’m sure I’m not the first to return one. Show details

computers every time it was turned on. Took it back to Bunnings and got a refund. I wouldn't ever buy another AquaPro AP4800F as they are not worth the damage caused by the serious electrical fault they develop. Thankyou Bunnings for refunding promptly both times!

AQUAPRO AP4800F – worked well for 10 months however it stopped so replaced the filter & the shaft, still the same problem. typical anything from bunnings always give me problems tried to phone the company up but no one answers as they prefer you to deal through Bunnings. never again. Show details

100 dollar pump for 3 week use only – This very expensive water feature pump bought from bunnings blew up during use in the cable and bunnings the distributor would not replace it. Might be dangerous to use in household.
