Questionable Guarantee – I have 6 pots / pans in the "clearview" range, the enclosed guarantee states "Arcosteel cookware is guaranteed for 25 years against manufacturing defects and abnormal deterioration”. Two of the lid knobs have failed, whereas the screw section on the inner knob has crumbled. Otherwise, I am pleased with the cookware. I was advised this is not covered by their guarantee as it is deemed normal ware and tare.

In the absence of honouring the guarantee, they put their integrity into question. Good heat transfer and a healthy alternative to aluminium. The terms of guarantee are not being honored.

Love this Wok, let down by the Lid – The actual wok is brilliant, cannot fault the heat transfer, cooking or ease of cleaning, however the knob on the lid is just an accident waiting to happen. If you have damp hands when you go to lift the lid, this knob turns into a slippery object which you cannot get a good grip on. Please Arcosteel redesign the shape of the knob so there is somewhere to get a decent grip on it. loved the actual wok, so easy to use. The knob on the lid
