The item was purchased online from Factory buys , New Aim . The chair arrived and was put together for my uncle who suffers from bad hips we thought because of the lift option it would be advantageous for him . Well in the blub about the chair they fail to tell you that to use the foot rest function you are almost put in a full lay back position it cannot be used in the seated position which was useless to my uncle who wanted to be in the seated position to use the footrest .His last chair has this function as did the one before. So we decided to ask to send it back as it was not suitable for him . Well what a joke Factory buys wanted $460 RESTOCKING FEE to send it back the chair was $555 so it's a no brainer we didn't send it back to be totally ript of . So we decided to donate it to our local footy club to raffle of with all the correct information about the chair happy footy club . So buyer beware if you buy online of these bloodsuckers you can't return and hope to get anywhere near what you paid for the item .

Artiss Reclining Lift Chairs – I bought 2 x Artiss reclining lift chairs on line in the black leather and they are fantastic the only issue I have is that it was rubbing on one side as you recline it out and in and the leather was coming off but I just patched it! Other then that they are perfect chairs!
