Asko T712C / T712CTI Questions & Answers
VerifiedDear Product Review.... We have an ASKO T712C Condenser Dryer and the error message F1 keeps showing up after doing all the cleaning that manual suggest....both Condenser and empty water tank...the machine starts then shuts down. Do you have any suggestions please...or is it time to call for service...Kindest Regards and Thanks in Advance. Gary
Hi Gary. Thak you for reaching out through Product Review.com.au. In answer to your question, I advise the following: If F1 flashes in the display, the condenser drain hose could be blocked. Remove the hose from the drain and check for obstructions. The hose should be inserted no more than 5 or 6 inches into the wall drain. Please feel free to contact us on 1300002756 and select Service department where you will find agents who can assist with trouble shooting. I hope this helps. regards Claire
Hi Claire...Thanks for the advice...I'll give it a try....Kindest Regards. Gary.
Hi, did u manage to solve the problem, if so, how.
The machine is spinning but is not heating and so the clothes aren’t drying. Is this issue repairable? Thank you
Hi I have the Aski T712c and I noticed the tube from the water tank is not connected and I cannot locate it. Is it possible to unscrew the top cover and check it? Does anybody had this problem.?
an hour is too long for most things. Is there a way to reset so the cycle is more like 30 minutes?
There's no power to the dryer, is there a reset button?
Hi Cheryl, Their is no reset button for the dryer. Normally if it over heats and shuts down it does come back on once its cool down. If it still doesn't then you will need a technician to come and have a look at it. Please feel free to contact our customer service team on 1300 002 756 should you wish to book a technician.
