After using it for a month, I'm happy with this machine. I specifically chose a condenser as I only run it when there's solar and don't want a dryer that takes forever. This one does a good job. Bit noisy, but aren't they all. What I find strange is that there's no way of knowing why you should pick one program over the other as it seems that they all run at the same temperature, unless you decide to activate the low temperature. No indication about the temperature though. The machine stops when the selected dryness level is achieved and I have found that the basic things like towels and bedlinen get dried pretty quickly, usually in less than the drying time mentioned in the manual. I use the hose so I don't have to empty the tank and that works as it should. I feel it's quite basic but it does a great job with the everyday stuff, I don't need anything more. I would recommend this dryer.

Purchased in at Appliances Online for $797.

Electronic Board keeps faulting – I have the above dryer and have had numerous issues with the unit over the past years since the unit been repalced in 2022 as the initial problem with the door could not be resolved so they gave me a new dryer. Since then i have had tech's out on for the dryer turnng off on a cycle after 1min and just repeating the loop till the dryer no longer turns on and then if I leave for a couple of hours the electrics reset and the dryer begins working. They have replaced the main board once and as I write this review have had to log another call for same issue. Seems like moisture gets into components and this is re-occuring. I am more upset that this will re-occur in another couple of months and then will be out of warranty and have to get a new dryer. All filters and watertrap are always cleaned and emptied so this is not a contributing factor and seems like a design issue. Would advise to rather spend a bit more on a different brand.

Just to update all on my continuing problems with this dryer. Beko was kind enough to schedule service on the dryer and the service tech needed to replace the mainboard. That was approximately a month ago and this evening as I write this, the dryer is back up to no good. Runs for about 30 seconds on a cycle and then stops. I have to then unlugh the dryer for approx 10 minutes then replug and runs for anoth 30 seconds to a minute. Time to retire this unit and look elsewhere. My opinion of this unit has not changed and spending a little more money hopefully gets something of better quality. I am thankful for the 5 year warranty as the number of times this has broken, one would need tht type of warranty but the unit is just not up to the task unfortunately.

Dear JKRider, We’re truly sorry to hear about the ongoing issues you’ve experienced with your dryer. We understand how frustrating it must be to deal with repeated breakdowns, and we appreciate you keeping us updated.

It’s good to know that you registered for the 5-year warranty, and we’re glad we could assist in offering a store credit. While we regret that this unit hasn’t met your expectations, we hope this resolution allows you to find an appliance that better suits your needs.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist you.

Dear Beko, many thanks for quickly ensuring conclusion from your side and providing great customer service and understanding from Beko. My dilemma still continues though in that JB Hi-fi took a week to acknowledge the credit and now seems I am getting questions around what the issues are with the machine, and they will not offer the credit until the machine is picked up from my premise. So, 2 weeks after Beko kindly offered a store credit will I only be able to get another machine. Might I suggest another way to be looked at to deal with these store credits through your vendors as their customer service is letting you down. I would have been more than willing to take another Beko dryer and pay the difference as dealing with the store returns has been a nightmare.
