OG Assembly label (pre 2019) was incredible, particularly their mens lines. Some linen shirts and jeans from this era are some of my favourite and most worn clothing items. The reviews here confirm my theory that there has been a steep decline in quality post 2019. My most recent purchases (last 18 months), plain t shirts, a jumper and some linen shirts I have already thrown out or donated as the colour run was bad and no items had held their shape.
Hope the company is taking note of these reviews and reconsiders its descend toward fast fashion junk. A shame
They don’t seem to be. They deny and deny.
It took me months to have my money returned for goods not received. Other than a sorry platitude, there was no other offer to make up for the fact that Christmas presents were never delivered. Agree on the quality decline too.
Very happy to have read all these reviews before I spent my hard-earned money on Assembly items. I was of the impression that they would be good quality given the prices but it seems the opposite is true. Thank you to everyone who has posted a review... you have saved me so much $$$ and stress
Wish I was smart enough to read reviews too before falling in the trap of their online wharehouse sale… I ordered a size 6 and it’s so big I can’t even wear it lol. The quality is definitely not what I was excepting either. Assembly label is a big NO.

Do you even read your feedback or is it just a cut and paste response? You’ll see I didn’t actually purchase anything from your label. All the bad reviews here helped me decide to hang onto my money.

Buyers beware!! I stupidly purchased 4 assembly label tshirts all in a different colour and agree with the terrible quality. You wouldn’t expect that for the price you pay. They are all out of shape after one wash!! The black Tshirt looks grey in places. My AS colour tshirts for $20 are a million times better. They are very light weight which makes them cool for summer but I suspect this is why they lose their shape easily. My tshirts can only be worn tucked in now. Disappointing!
