Pleased – I purchased a jacket from an op shop which reeked of cigarette smoke. pleasantly surprised by the super gentle fragrance in the capsules. They are also pH neutral. I usually wash in cold water and have found that these capsules are effective and gentle, which is exactly what I'm looking for when shopping for laundry cleaning products.

The capsules cleans my normal load of clothings well (including messy food and mud stains from primary schooler's clothes), and leaves the clothes gorgeously fragranced (wild jasmine). I am also impressed that I didn't have to use any fabric softener to condition the clothes.
