Why can't I contact anyone? Why can't I pay my invoices? Why no BPay for Credit Card payments? Why doesn't someone pick up the phone? Don't you want my money?
i was billed by clinical labs which i normally used to get free by bulk billing. shouldn't i be informed that i will be charged for the services being provided before serving me? i was neither informed by doctor nor a lab. please advice.

same here, and the hospital gave the blood test request confirmed I didn't need to pay the invoice sent to me by ACL, ASL still keeps calling me (by private number) and sending me text messages to the point makes me feel like being harassed.

This company is inefficient. There goal appears to be money making rather that good customer service. I wouldn't use this company.

They billed us 280 dollars for no test...what is this??? Really disappointed.. our doctor said it was free health checkup and doesnot incur any charge..but they send us warning to pay 280 and contact lawyer for no reason with no bills at all.. that is how you do business???

Good Luck getting your money back from them, they are very unprofessional!. Need I say more. Paid an account (twice and need a refund) two months ago and still waiting for a refund.
