Zip pullers break easily – The case is brilliant if u want something light. But the zip pullers are such cheap rubbish quality that they broke within a few days. Then I took it for fixing and was told it was the airlines fault which it wasn't. The pullers broke in my hand as they were thin plastic. Apparently it is not covered under warranty. I should have paid an extra 40 bux for the other one I was looking at. Rather than driving an hour to take it in for fixing to pay 35!!

Purchased in for $180.

Worst suitcase I have ever owned – I bought both the cabin bag ($64.50) and the medium suitcase ($99.00). I can’t fault the cabin bag, but the medium suitcase was a nightmare. I took it to Europe this year (2019) and after two weeks I’d had enough. I ended up donating it to charity and purchasing a new case. It didn’t matter how I packed it (and I tried redistributing the weight every which way) but it kept falling over. The slightest sideways movement or pressure on the handle, and over it went. Definitely not recommended and it has put me off buying Tosca again.

Purchased in at Australian Luggage Co for $99.

Australian Luggage Co. so lite 2.0 – I bought these in December 2017. One international holiday later, the stitching came off and material was punctured. Both Bag Scene Hornsby and Australian Luggage Co. refused to cover under warranty. The warranty is not worth the paper its written on. Both blamed the Airline and refused to repair or refund the product. The Airline said is was poor workmanship of the bag.

So my opinion is do not bother with the Brand full stop! Save you money and buy a better brand, like IT Luggage or Samsonite, which are designed for international travel.

Wheels ripped apart – Used twice and when walking from my car to the door (maybe 10 meters) two of the wheels started unthreading and the rubber has now come off. Got a quote to get it fixed and it was going to be over $100. Not worth the money you pay for the bag

So weak 2.0 – Looks nice and it's very light, which is great. Turns out the downside of being so light is to be so weak.... on the first trip (domestic flight, carry on) the telescoping handle was damaged - it didn't take much - and now no longer fully retracts. The metal tubing for the handle is super thin wall and very fragile with no internal protection. This is damage so not covered by warranty therefore I must suck it up. But the pint is that there is no way you can slide this bag in and out of the overhead locker for many flights before this problem would occur, it's not a question of if but when.

I'll be wary of this brand in the future and certainly could not recommend the So Lite 2.0 range.
