We purchased two of these frying pans and they are both terrible. The larger one if permanently stained and neither of them are non-stick. Food sticks to them and you need a wooden spoon to get it unstuck. We paid a premium and were very disapointed to the point we will throw them out and buy non Baccarat pans. Show details

The worst pan I've owned. Everything sticks every time I use it. Wasted my money on this one. Show details

I recently bought a Barracat Culinarix frypan and it is the worst frypan I’ve owned. From the very 1st time I used it meat/chicken snitzel gets stuck to the frypan. You would think this might happen after 2 years, not from day one. I bought from House - DFO Essendon and I don’t think I can return it because their warranty is for everything but the… Read more

non stick area. I have Barracat Stone which seemed good but the handle broke off the frypan the the person I lived with threw it out. He did replace it with another frypan but I didn’t get an opportunity to return it. Now I’m reluctant knowing which frypan is the best for non stick ? Regards Robert

Baccarat Ceramic pan don't buy – This is the worst product I have ever used. Within first two weeks pan started sticking and some of the marks could not be washed off. (photo attached). I took this to "The House" where I bought the product and what they say is so called 10 year warranty is only for handle. Also, they I have used incorrect oil to cook. I only use olive oil to cook and it a joke from Baccarat and ripping off customer money. Show details

Product may still contain PTFE/PFOA's, company unable to confirm if completely PFOA/PTFE free! – I have been trying to get clarification from Baccarat for 6 weeks as to whether this product is completely PTFE/PFOA free, and was met with evasive language referring only to the 'cooking surface'. After continuing to question Baccarat as to whether the product contained PTFE/PFOA's ANYWHERE within the product, this was the response received from… Read more

"While we confirm that the ceramic interior surface of our Baccarat Ceramix Range is indeed free of PTFE or PFOA, we unfortunately, we cannot confirm with you whether the exterior surface is entirely free of these components."

PET OWNERS BEWARE if you are trying to avoid PTFE's/PFOA's totally for the safety of your pets, this product may not be completely free.

Horrible! – Despite the poor reviews I was hopeful that this pan would be worthwhile due to it's health promises of no harmful chemicals and non stick qualities. After 6-8 weeks of using the pan however everything started to stick to it! I invested quite a bit of money into buying both a wok and frypan in this line and I'm so disappointed! Show details

Hopeless non-stick pan – On first use I thought this was a fantastic pan. By the third use, stuff was starting to stick. After a few more uses, it had worse non-stick than my stainless pan. I’m still using it 2 years later, coz it cost $100 and I’m not going to throw it out, but I’m careful what I cook in it.

Non stick lasted less than 3 months – I dont recommend this type of frypan. It is really only used on weekends and 3 months down the track everything sticks to it. Followed included instructions etc, online instructions etc and evertyhing sticks to it. FInally thrown it away, didnt even bother to go to place of purchase for warranty as they always have some excuse why it will not be covered. Anyway, I don't recommend this ceramix coated frypan. Show details

Waste of money – Really dissappointed in this product. Followed the instructions prior to use. Heat it properly before each use. However everything sticks to it. Terrible non stick pan. Purchased from House. Wont purchase again.
