Didn't last long for an expensive pan. Was told by staff at robins kitchens that lifetime warranty is only on handles and if base falls off and that even though it is advertised as dishwasher safe it isn't. Staff were not willing to return pan to company for appraisal. Only ever used plastic utensils in pan and both inside and outside coating came off significantly. Waste of money will never buy brand again. Show details

Garbage on my $4000 induction cooktop. Barely heats up and does so in a tiny patch. After a single use, the little “holes” in the bottom remain full of food despite hand washing with detergent and non-scratch scourer being used. Pointless holes. Looks like they spent a million $ on the pretty packaging though…

Cuisine pro 9 warranty – I am 100% satisfied with the customer service I received from Global retail brands with regards to the lifetime warranty being honoured. Nezie was extremely helpful & efficient. She took the time to understand my issue and put me at ease & she has impressed me very much. My faith in Baccarat has been restored. Show details

Fantastic – I've bought my second frypan from this range as I loved my other smaller one. Maintains heat well, NOTHING sticks and so easy to clean. Winner as far as I'm concerned. I've thrown my other expensive frypan which has not lived up to any expectation in the bin. Love my cuisin pro diamond 9 frypan Show details

This is not for cooking! – I got this pan as it was supposed to be super durable and easy to use according to the company. It’s a pain to use as all the food gets caught in the dimples in the bottom of the pan. After months of use the coating has all started to come off. I don’t want to have to worry about the maintenance of this pan I just want cooking my food. I would… Read more

not purchase this pan again in fact I hate it. I just wanted a pan that was nonstick, was excellent quality and is easy to maintain. Sadly this is not it!!

Disappointed with this purchase – We were looking for a large pan for stir frying. The big mistake we made was looking at the shape which we thought looked like a wok. It was not until I opened the box to read the instructions. Do not use oil... do not use on high heat for fear of damaging the coating.... well therein is my disappointment. So what do I cook without oil?.... It's a good size for what?..... Show details

Cannot clean this thing!!!! Everything sticks in the dimples in the bottom – I hate this very expensive frypan. The bottom is all dimpled and trying to clean it is a nightmare. The dimples fill up with blackened gunk after cooking that you cannot get out without a ridiculous amount of time scrubbing. I purchased a special silicone cleaning pad especially for this pan but it is useless. You have to get all the dimples clean… Read more

or your next meal will have bits of black coming up as you cook. Never purchasing a dimpled pan again.

Love it! – By far the best purchase, I made the purchase after using one of the pans for several months. One of the best pans I’ve owned, nothing sticks and I don’t have to use oil. I’ve had it for about 7 months and it’s still like brand new. Show details

Everything Sticks – We have had our Baccarat Cuisinepro Diamond 9 for 18mths maybe a little longer we have followed the care instructions that came with the frypan to no avail, Everything we cook pretty much sticks to the fry pan, we were told not to use Olive oil in the frypan which can damage the Diamond Coating and we have avoided using oils at all when cooking. I… Read more

have followed their care instructions meticulously as we want the pan to last and I do 95% of the cooking and I am extremely fussy about how and what I cook. I am disappointed with the performance of the pan we paid good money because we were over all the pans they advertised on TV that they make everything look non-stick, I am so over these companies spruking non stick until you try and cook eggs without oil.
