Not worth the money, worst pans iv ever had. I was replacing my old Baccarat pans. I instantly noticed pans felt cheap and light had a tinny sound to them. Then I used them. The handles get so hot you burn youself the non stick i think they meant full stick pan fry. I think I could get better pans in a $2 shop. Where's the quality gone? Maybe some… Read more

I actually only bought the Baccarat Stone 32cm saute Pan with glass lid, but was very surprised to find that the handles were too hot to hold the thing! What! What's the point? They provide these cutsie little handle covers - urgh. A right pill. Not… Read more

impressed. It does look very nice, but..... Any large pan needs a decent heat-proof handle, and 2 by the time you get to 30cm and over. I've only used it once, and don't want to use it again.

Follow-up  · This is a followup, and I have been very pleased to be very well treated by Baccarat per favour Maryda. I had used the previous pan once, for some low cooking of beef mince, but found the pan handles to be too hot, and didn't like the fiddly little mitts that they supplied with it. Its lid handle did not get too hot. Baccarat have kindly replaced… Read more

Very disappointing and regretful purchase. Definitely not non-stick. Kmart had better non-stick pots and pans. Show details

Completely useless, totally wasted my money. Kmart has better frypans than this rubbish. Did exactly as instructions guide to prepare them, but was pointless. Going in bin as I wouldn’t want to pass on to anyone including op-shop Show details

These pans are not non-stick, regardless of how they're marketed. We bought Baccarat STONEX2 10 Piece Ceramic Non Stick Cookware Set and it was a total waste of money. Despite the advice on how to use them, they don't work on induction. Show details

I purchased a 10 piece set, I never use high heat, they have never been put in the dishwasher and all pots and pans were seasoned and yet they have stained and I can’t get the brown stains off and they are no longer non stick. Just so disappointing after spending all that money and in such a short time they are no good, even an egg sticks. Show details

SUCK for induction! – No good for induction! They absolutely SUCK for induction cooktops! We had a 32cm pan on full power and could not brown chicken, at best they were stewing. We then put a cast iron pan on the same cooktop on heat 7/10 and the chicken was browning in no time. ABOUT TO RETURN IN THE MORNING. Show details

I’ve had my 4 piece set for 5 years and still going strong – I don’t understand how so many people are having terrible experiences with this cookware. Because it is non-stick I do not use extra virgin olive oil. Ever. It will ruin the surface. I cook on low-medium heat because it retains heat all over the surface. I always wait till the pots or pans cool completely before washing and use a non abrasive… Read more

scrub and just gently scrub (there is no need to soak these!) then lightly season with vegetable oil.

My pots and pans have lasted for 5 years with every day use. I love them and get very overprotective when others use them. Almost as good as cast iron!

Baccarat STONEX2 Lost its non-stick – I was keen on purchasing a good non stick fry pan so I lashed out (pensioner) on a Baccarat STONEX2 20cm pan. It worked beautifully. I always gently pre warmed the pan and added a very short spray of oil and used plastic utensils. The stove heat was always below 50%. Basically I cooked a sausage and egg for breakfast each morning. However… Read more

after about 2 months I cooked some salmon fish cakes, and thereafter the pan lost its non-stick properties. I closely inspected the pan but couldn’t see any damage to the pans surface. Food sticking has progressively got worse. 2-3months is not a reasonable life for a pan so high advertised by Baccarat.

Terrible customer service and product – Never ever buy pots and pans from Baccarat. Ours were non stick and great for a couple of months and then they were no longer non stick after a while despite following the guidelines with cleaning the products. Contacted Baccarat regarding the 10 year warranty, (we had only had them for a year) and they declined to help, then did not reply to… Read more

emails sent multiple time, still waiting for a reply and that was more than 3 months ago. I will never purchase product again. I would have been much better going to Kmart and buying cheap pots and pans so when they stopped working I wouldn’t mind throwing them out. We paid more than $500 for ours and it was the biggest waste ever and then with lack of reply to emails was so much more disappointed!!

No problems so far – I have had the 6 piece set for 12 months now. Had plenty of use and still look like new. Like most non stick products you occasionally get some residue on back but like my breville wok doesn’t effect performance. The handles of the pans don’t get hot. The frypans and saucepans cook well. I was skeptical at start after reading some bad reviews but they have not let me down. I would recommend them. Show details

Terrible - is not non-stick! – It is not non-stick, and should not be advertised as such. Has been a complete waste of money, as I now have to buy a whole new set. Will definitely be buying a different brand. Show details

Excellent cooking pans/pots BUT after washing in dishwasher it leaves a black residue – I wash the pans/pots in the dishwasher and it leaves a black residue from the bottom of the cookware. This is what happens with all the cookware and very dissatisfied with this product. I stack the cookware on top of each other in my cupboard and is leaving black residue inside the cookware which I need to wash again before use. Tried asking… Read more

for a refund but they advised "that that there is no toxic material that was used for Baccarat cookware. The black residue you are referring to was caused by an oxidation. Whilst it oxidised, it does not affect the performance of the product."

Love this product but BUT dislike the fact that I need to wash it twice to get the black residue off.

Horrible! – These pans are definitely not “non stick”. They work for a few times but then they become more & more encrusted with burnt on residue. I follow all the cleaning & care advice but it makes no improvement. House.com.au were quite helpful & replaced the first frypan but the performance is the same, not good! Show details

Sticks after one use! – The frying 26’ frying pan sticks all the time unless I use a heart attack worth of oil. Even with proper cleaning, regular seasoning and not using on high heat. Show details

Non stick-Don’t make me laugh – Bought the 26cm frypan from House in July 2021, it is now only 3 months old and everything sticks to the “non stick” surface even when I cook a steak with oil . Absolutely useless. Won’t buy this crap again, waste of my hard earned money. Show details

Worst Cookware, DO NOT BUY – I should have seen the red flags when I first when in-store to House to get my saucepan fixed. The lady told me that it's a cheap product so I should have expected the handle to become loose. They refused to exchange it and simply got a screwdriver to tighten the screw. That held up for a whole few weeks until the handle has completely fallen off.… Read more

A frypan is no longer non-stick. Clearly, these are major faults with the products making them not fit for purpose and unsafe. So one would think that contacting Baccarat for a replacement would be easily done. Again, no. It has been 3 weeks of back and forth, sending email after email of the same issue and photo, for the representative to send me a new saute pan out of goodwill when my saute pan is fine!

This company, along with House, has the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with, which pairs well with their low-quality products. I will never buy another product of theirs, and I'd advised you to do the same.

Black colour comes off in towels – Every time we wash the 3 frypans the black underneath comes off and stains our towels and sponge. We have had them for over a year. There is no way this can be good for us whilst heating in a flame. Concerned  Show details

Very disappointing – We bought the two pack frypan bundle from House. Food stuck to these pans on the first use. We never used heat setting above medium high. We did use olive oil which apparently should not be used on non stick surfaces. However we have other non stick pots and pans, some of them cheaper and some more expensive than these and we have no issues with… Read more

non stick not happening pan difficult to clean even after soaking – Bought 16cm frypan reduced from $54.99 to $14.99 and 2 meals cooked and non stick not working ... 2nd meal a piece of fish with a little olive oil in pan first ... bits stuck and after 24hrs still stuck and hard to clean ! not what I thought I paid for. cheap product parading as a quality item. NOT A TRUE NON STICK SURFACE. Extensive information came with the pan and correct cooking techniques followed. Show details

poor quality, awful product – I am using this set for a few months and after almost a short time, the food burns immediately and sticks to the pan and I can not clean it properly. It was written "oil-free" but it was like a joke. I don't recommend this product to anyone. Show details

Works exactly as it says it will – We bought one of the range of Baccarat Stone pans (the 24cm Frypan) and after using it twice went out and bought the griddle, the wok and the medium sized pan because it was SO good. No oil no fat and completely non stick it requires a quick wipe over after use and back in the cupboard for next time. We were so impressed, we have since also bought the baking trays as well. Show details

Awesome! – These pans are really good. I’ve learnt with non stick to go no higher than medium high heat and so far no blemishes on these pans, even on the bottom. Also I read detergent can dissolve non stick so I’ve wiping them with a paper towel for the excess oil then cleaning with a sponge and warm water only and they are perfectly clean as a result and… Read more

appear like the day I bought them. Excellent non stick ability. I’ve used baccarat rock but so far I’m prefering this stone set.
