Fantastic fridge – I’ve had my Rhino bar Fridge since 2013 and it’s fantastic but the left door no longer closers by itself if open past 90 degree it’s ok but before 90 degree it doesn't self close it’s all level How can I fix this please ? Show details · 1
Don’t waste your hard earned on this overpriced junk – Having paid top $ for a Rhino bar fridge it developed issues after just a few years. Taking back to the retailer cost $150 for service fees even though they couldn’t find the supposed gas leak. My advice, buy a cheaper unit elsewhere and replace it as required. You’ll save $$$$. Great Fridge – This is great fridge gets beers super cold runs beautifully when fully stocked bit hard to keep it that way though. It is a little louder than most but small price to pay for reduced energy bills and if your complaining about noise it’s a commercial grade fridge and outperforms the rest simple! Noise destroys ambience – The compressor and fan are so loud that I have to turn it off most of the time and especially when entertaining. Runs continuously on Eco even on cold days. Show details

When out of warranty you are on your own – Had a GSP1H from late 2012 which was used only a few times until late 2016 and then it only lasted 18 months before the compressor gave up and the cost of replacement was well in excess of $1,100.00 - actually nearly the same price as a new fridge!!!. Bar Fridges Australia were not interested in helping and just kept referring to the warranty… Read more
having expired and certainly gave a very unprofessional/uninterested response to my phone calls.
The bottom hinge went rusty and would require constant cleaning of the floor in the vicinity, it was replaced at 2 months of age by Bar Fridges Australia but when the replacement one went rusty and was reported to them, it was out of warranty! Be prepared to wipe up the rust under the hinge regularly.
What a shame, such a nice looking and functional fridge but now going to the tip!

Lots of condensation and wet floor – Have had this fridge for a few months now, hot dry summer no problem. However when weather cools down the glass doors and stainless steel mullions completely covered in condensation and dripping onto the floor. I'm in Perth now where near the tropics. Called service department and was told "Some condensation may occur when humidity is above… Read more
75%".
Above 75% humidity covers about 80% of the Australian coastal population! Great fridge if you live in Alice Springs.
Was also told it has triple eco glass that was sufficient for condensation.
This fridge would be a waterfall feature in the tropics!!!
I assumed for a fridge that cost almost $2000 it would have glass or mullion heaters. WRONG!!
No where in the sales literature does it mention any condensation issues or humidity levels that this will occur. Nice of them to not mention this 'small'detail.
They make a "Envy" model of this fridge now, it has 316ss and guess what, it has glass heating to prevent condensation, proudly detailed on there sales literature. The only problem is it cost $1000 more than the standard version.
Rhino get you act together and heat the doors on this fridge, disgraceful for such a 'premium' fridge to have such a condensation problem.
Not happy!

Can't fault it! – We had a false start with another outdoor fridge and ended up buying a Rhino. It looks great, keeps drinks really cold and it has an energy saving mode which is great. We often have neighbourhood BBQs and this fridge (the single door version) has a surprisingly large capacity - plenty of room for lots of drinks and food. I just love it! Show details
Fantastic product and exceptional service – The Rhino 2-door is a fantastic fridge in our outdoor kitchen. Super efficient, it gets drinks down to the set temp very quickly and looks great. The mirrored interior finish and LED lighting work very well together. Having read online that there was a quieter fan option, I spoke with their customer support and received detailed information. went with the standard fan, and am very happy with the outcome. The advice I received was spot on. I liked too that there were detailed specs available online (I was a bit surprised when shopping around that many so-called outdoor fridges had quite low IP ratings and were not really recommended for use if any water/splash risk at all). This made comparison of features v price a lot easier.
Delivery was free, and extremely quick. I ordered on Sunday, received confirmation on Monday, and received the fridge on Tuesday! (Melbourne to Sydney metro.) The advice and service we received from the company, before and after the purchase, were absolutely superb.
In the three months we have had the fridge we have enjoyed our outdoor area much more, and many visitors have commented on the relaxed holiday feel it gives...
An update: have had the fridge running for a year now. Still extremely happy with it. Have had no problems, and it looks and runs as well as it did out of the box.
