The most annoying cooktop ever – This product will turn itself off without warning (when a timer is not being used), so just when you think dinner is ready, you have to start again as it may stop cooking eg. if it boiled over. You can't leave anything on the surface (like a plate) when the cooktop is not being used, as a very annoying non-stop alarm will go off. It gets scratched (from pots and pans) and old looking quickly. Worst of all the controls are almost invisible, even in the daytime. I shouldn't have to put my glasses on and turn the lights on just to find the on/off switch. You need to turn it on, then select your cooking zone, then adjust the temperature, then turn on the dual circuit cooking plate for larger cookware - so 4 time consuming actions to get it going, instead of just turning one knob.
