Worst cooktop I have ever used – The salesperson told me this was the newest upcoming brand to eclipse the big brands. Well, how wrong he was. The layout is really bad, I use the larger element most and this is very close to the control panel. Because of this, it overheats to the extent that you can't even adjust the cooking temperature or even turn it off because the controls are too hot. I would never buy this brand again.  Show details

Do not buy it – Terrible product. Cooktop cracked from heat while under warranty, only used for 10 months and they won't replace or fix it. Had to wait for 2 weeks until beko "assessed" the product and got back to me. Purchased a new Westinghouse cooktop and works great. Will never go back to Beko.

perfect for old people – each hotplate can be uses with a timer so if you forget it is on it switches itself off also it has a rapid heat button when turning the hotplate on it will turn itself off if there is no action for 60 seconds. also one plate can be used as a large or small plate . It has no knobs and is very easy to wipe over

breaks all the time and terrible service – Don't go with Beko they are terrible. Bad product reliability and terrible service. We were told we would get a store credit which meant at our cost a new cooktop would need to be fitted. Haven't heared from Beko so will have to call them again. We have been without a cooktop working for two months!

Useless took it back,was bought at KItchen Things Napier NZ – 10 minutes to boil 2 cups of water another 5minutes to hard boil my eggs, what a joke, returned and got another brand, later i found out Beko were made in Turkey.

Great product a good price – Renovated my unit/apartment recently used Beko appliances to replace my old st George all in one oven stove unit. a good alternative from expensive induction cooktops. Easy to clean due to no buttons or dials that protrude from ceramic glass plate, adequate hot plates, smart system as it detects items placed on glass and displays error messages, On rare occasions touch control is hard to use, but once it's working it works well
