purchase from a Australian owned company that has a physical store in NZ. So frustrating. Next step will be formal complaint through the Disputes Tribunal. What a complete waste of time and energy. This company sucks.

Very disappointed ,product and service – Tapware is very expensive for what you get . Pillar taps are useless for a freestanding bath as they hardly make it into the bath.The heritage shower assembly is very flimsy and and we had poor quality washers ,it leaked once we installed it lucky we had our own washers to fix it .. there is no support bracket for the pipe between the mixer tap… Read more

and the shower arm . For the amount they charge for there products the research and development is poor. We placed our order which was payed for up front and rang 6 weeks later and they couldn't find our order . I think it was another four weeks to get the product . Im a builder of 37 years and must say it was a very disappointing experience and I'm still waiting for a response back from them .(not holding my breath )

Product is good, service is not! – I placed an order in January 2023 for a double offset sink and the wire inserts to match. Sink was delivered (no problems), and one wire insert a few days later but with no paperwork and no advice on the second wire insert. Dreadful experience. Shonky refund process for an item not even in stock! – I purchased a Copper double sink online in mid August 2023, which I was then told was "misplaced" in the warehouse and no stock was available. I requested a refund and after 13 polite phone calls and 7 emails, nearly 3 months later I still haven't received a refund nor had any phone calls of emails from the Belfast sinks or parent company OKAB… Read more

Purchase of two waste baskets ( plugs) for Farmhouse Butler Sinks – We did not realise the plugs were not supplied So had to drive for 3 hours into Perth to pick them up. Courier would take too long. Absolute waste of time – Ordered the sink 13 March 2022 and it took 2 months to arrive at the Brisbane warehouse. Waited another 4 weeks after that as the sink was getting a quality assurance check.
