Excellent customer service – I had two Franke sinks installed over fifteen years ago. Recently the rubber washers on the plugs have deteriorated and begun to leak. Franke replaced both complete plugs at no charge - excellent service. Recommend highly.

Great product with a great aesthetic look – Installed this sink as part of a kitchen reno, cleaning is easy with just a wipe down necessary, plus it looks great. I had a question and the after sales service was helpful and answered my concerns. All in all, i would recommend this sink.

Good product – Bought this when renovating my kitchen and decided to replace everything to start fresh. When I purchased the sink it came as a package with tap, drainer basket and bread board. I had a few issues when first installed but Franke have been excellent to deal with. One of the sink drainers was not holding water in the sink. When contacted they had a new one in the mail to me immediately. When the tap became loose and my plumber advised there was an issue with it, they allowed me to pick a new tap (whatever I wanted) and then arranged for a plumber to come and install. Couldn't have asked for better service. My only issue with the sink in general is that it is hard to keep clean and water marks very easily. When you wipe it down with a cloth you need to dry it with a towel after. A friend of mine as the same issue with her new sink (not Franke brand), so it seems to be the norm today. Other than that I have been quite happy with it (if only I can use the tap so I don't wear the water all the time!). The drainer is a basket which has taken a while to get used but now I really like it and it looks better than the other drainers. Overall quite satisfied with this item.
