after I got confirmation that my order was sent. When it arrived they put a note in saying one of the items I paid for was out of stock so they replaced it with something else that my dogs allergic to. I once again contacted them and no response. Sent two more emails and no one got back to me. No refund for not having the item. I am blocked from commenting on their page to warn people. Terrible customer service! Will never buy from them again

After a few days use. Our allergy dog had a severe reaction around the ears. No help from the supplier, waited some time for a response before now leaving my honest review. Still no contact. Products went straight in the bin where they belong. It's been 3 weeks and only just getting hair back around his ears, recovering from this horrible product. Use with caution. Show details

difference instantly and loved the lemon myrtle fragrance. My baby loves to have the cream rubbed into her tummy and I use the spray on her legs and paws if she’s been walking around the backyard in the grass. The main reason I really wanted to post a review was because of the two unexpected things I just treated. I noticed she had a wart on her ear and a Interdigital Cyst between her toes. After reading about these I decided to use the cream and massaged it in every day morning and night for a week instead of rushing off to the vet. I managed to dissolve the cyst until it disappeared and slowly softened the wart, scraping off a little each day until it too had gone. So far so good! – Have only used this twice on my dog however his fur is softer, it seems to have alleviated his inflamed red skin and also has a light citrus smell which is pleasant.
