Belmont buscuits – Recently, I have notice both devine biscuits and now strawberry tartlets have an off fishy oil type flavour. Have they changed flour, or oil or something?. Horrible. Use to be nice. Show details

Bite marks in Biscuits – Horrified after eating a couple of the Belmont Stem Ginger Biscuits, to find the rest of the packet every biscuit clearly had been nibbled ! Show details

ALDI Belmont ANZAC biscuits sickly sweet – We have been trying ALDI lately. Product quality is very inconsistent and not always cheaper. Just opened a packet of Belmont Anzac GF biscuits. Overwhelming sweetness and no flavour. 31.6% sugar! Normal Anzac bickies are flavoursome and have way less sugar and greater % of flour/oats or GF alternatives. Won't be buying again. Back to Wollie's or Coles for more products. Show details

Biscuits not all in product – Bought biscuits in aldi and received less than advertising in product. Suppose to be 12 but only 10 in packet. Couldn't get refund, due to opened and no proof of receipt. Product shld have been weight before sold. Poor quality

Changed their recipe with the Butternut Snaps – We also thought we were onto a winner - initially, these biscuits had a really nice, full butternut flavour. Our last couple of packets were dated 16 Dec 2021 followed by the batch number was B.T D351 03:40. This latest offering from Belmont Biscuit Co. via ALDI is atrocious. Almost zero flavour, reduced coconut and sickly sweet. Like eating… Read more

cardboard. Albeit the last purchase was bad, as described above, we had been experiencing vast inconsistencies prior to that. ALDI should take cognizance of the negative feedback regarding Belmont Biscuit Co. as they have gone from hero to zero - so much so I see the masses are complaining with their feet as stocks are in abundance. Perhaps a blessing in disguise as the Health Star rating is only one, We will not be buying this now-horrible product in future.

Caramel wafer bars are a gamble – We have been buying these delicious biscuits, from Aldi, for a while now and thought that we was on a winner, that was until a few months ago, when we noticed that in a pack of 8, we will find approximately 3 or 4 biscuits that are dry with no nice caramel taste , which understandably ends up in our rubbish bin. ( we jokingly say that the staff at… Read more

the factory have done a big clean up under ovens and machinery and found old biscuits and shoved them off to Australia) As a customer we should not have to concern ourselves as to the quality of packet of biscuits and expect every biscuit is the same in every pack. Its a poor reflection on Belmont biscuit co. Im a 100% sure I have never had a poor quality product from Arnotts. We looked for a contact address for Belmont on the packaging, so as to inform them of this problem but instead Aldi has offered a refund, if returned to their store. It sounds ok but not really ideal, as we live in a regional area of Australia.

Delicious! – These are like the butternut snaps Arnotts used to make before they went all American and made them into tasteless objects of despair. Thank you Belmont! My tastebuds are rejoicing! Show details

Too sweet – We bought Belmont Biscuit Co. Butternut SNAP from Aldi, for my husband’s breakfast. He loved the texture of the biscuits but complained about sweetness, too sweet, he couldn’t able to eat them at all. We know so many of ours friends who don’t want to buy biscuits due to elevate amounts of sugar in their. Show details

I was in my office and wanted to snack on biscuits, my first bite was fine but second bite it felt like i something stringy like hair texture, i pulled biscuit out of my mouth to find out the hair or threads looking clumps inside the biscuit. i felt disgusted, i can never eat shortbreads again!! never buying again!! Show details

Belmont Brewtime biscuits from ALDI, YUK !! – We normally buy ALDI packet biscuits, they are as good Arnotts, but they didn’t have them in stock last week so we bought these Belmont Brewtime but they are dreadful...damp, a weird taste, and the creams are like plastic, never again... Show details

They are as good as any other – Thy are as good as any of the major brands and better value for money, and nicer. Since major brands have bought out by other company's, the quality has gone down hill.

Amazing – These new taste butternut snaps are so flavoursome! Majority of my friends and family are addicted to them! I love having them for a daily snack. The softness and coconut taste combined together make these biscuits so enjoyable to eat. Whoever said they were bad and rated them a 1 have no sense of judgement and make me laugh. I recommend these to everyone! Not so hard to bite. The flavours make your mouth water! Nothing!!

Disappointing – I recently bought two packets of Butternut Snaps from Aldi in Greensborough, which were advertised as having a Great New Taste. Butternut Snaps were a favourite of my husband but he tells me the new ones are soft and not worthy of the name of Butter Snaps, which suggests a crispy biscuit. I will not be buying any more. Soft instead of the expected crispiness.
