My latest batch of these cookies are burnt. They all have burnt bottoms. Obviously missed the quality control. BB 19 June 26 Batch 170 A. I will return for an exchange. I also have photos. Show details

The quality of this product has dropped compared to previous products. The last packet and current packet seems to be over baked and very crummy with less ginger. Will now purchase Arnott ginger biscuits from Cole’s. Show details

The Belmont Stem Ginger Biscuits have been burnt on two occasions of purchasing. Batch number is unclear, however, BB date is 26 MAR 2026. These were my favourite ALDI biscuits. My first thought was that they shouldn't have been packaged and sold. Please do better. Show details

Belmont Stem Ginger Cookies sold at Aldi not there normal nice taste. Unable to eat – I usually love the Belmont Stem Ginger Cookies. I bought 2 x packets from Aldi Spearwood last week batch number 338D which tasted awful. So I bought another 2 x packets from Aldi Kardinya today batch number 339D. They also had the same awful taste. At both shops they were the last 2 or 3 packets left on the shelf Show details

Burnt biscuits – Last 3 purchases have been burnt biscuits. The picture on package does not relate to the overcooked product inside. Flavour less the burn would be great. No other problem with them.
