Best Gift Cards

I ordered a restaurant card on May 6, 2025 to be delivered for my sister's birthday in Perth on May 13, 2025 but nothing turned up on her email. I contacted Best Gift Cards on their email address provided but my emails were returned undelivered. I contacted Paypal as I had made my payment through them and on May 16, 2025 the card was delivered to my sister's email. No apology or communication on the late service, which they said would be activated within 72 hours.

Don't waste your money with Best Gift Cards – Best gift cards (recently rebranded to bestgiftgroup.com) are a complete scam. Booked a stay in November and was told but the venue we could use the giftcard to then be told by the venue that the gift card vendor wouldn't honour the gift card at all. I've emailed Best Gift Cards multiple times and had 1 response from all the emails I've sent which said - we'll get the venue to get in touch when they are ready. 6 weeks of trying to get them to honour a gift card and 1 email. It's an absolute scam. Don't waste your money buying their gift cards.
