You are able to stand up easily on this bike and mountain climb. The handles are great and there is a well sized drink bottle holder. It is relatively easy to put together. The computer gives you all the info you need for a great workout - calories, speed, rpm, time etc. The bike's seat is very hard and uncomfortable.
