Uttertly appalling.... Impossible to cancel and they send you in loops. Was told they couldn't see my account but miraculously knew the date of their last withdrawal. Liars!!
App is glitchy on all devices. I knew the basic version would have ads but it was really extreme and the quality of shows and movies is absolutely not worth a premium cost
DONT GO TO BINGE THE WORST STREAMING EXPERIENCE ALL ADS NO CONTACTS FOR HELP OR SUPPORT!!!I MINUS 5 STARS- cancelled my subscription 8 days before the due date. I was so tired of the advertisements got fed up. Binge recharged me 8 days later!!!!! I signed up on 22 April and cancelled on 16 May26.

I’ve been trying to watch this one episode for 15 minutes. It keeps pausing, glitching and crashing. Not to mention the ads. If I’m paying for a subscription of any kind I don’t expect ads. You pay to have binge and to use it so you shouldn’t have to the watch ads. YouTube lets you buy a subscription so you don’t have to watch ads, binge makes you pay just for you to have to watch ads. Unwatchable always buffering – Unwatchable apart from the Ads it is always interrupted by buffering. Customer service is terrible. Plus no refunds are considered. Heavily not recommended.
Awful program. Maliciously drew me in with a cheap deal after I cancelled my subscription due to suboptimal programming. After connecting me up they then blocked access to almost everything by freezing the screen with a message stating that this is not accessible. Deceptive and entrapment. I regret engaging them. There is no help phone number only a range of unhelpful web pages
Unable to watch anything. Unable to access anything except my account details. Only advice was to reset modem (did that twice no effect). Nowhere to request a refund. After I cancelled, in frustration, was advice I had access for the remainder of the month! Infortunately…..I DONT HAVE ACCESS.
The worst customer service ever. which has standard and basic - stupid names are easily confused and I signed up for The one with ads. When I realised within an hour of joining. I contacted them to ask if they could cancel the refund so I could sign up tomorrow the ad free and they refused. Stay clear. I’d be surprised if they last. unsubscribing is tricky at best customer service terrible

$4 month introduction is a scam. Charged me full price and wouldn’t refund the difference. They used every tactic to avoid paying the difference they owed me.
Follow-up · Customer support had no idea about their product and lied on two occasions so not to have to refund the difference on my plan. I will never be giving BINGE any of my money again.
Binge is the worst platform for viewing anything. After 2 minutes of watching a movie or series, Binge just stops working, pausing & overall I would not recommend Binge.
Follow-up · I was watching in my Hisense TV Yes this happened all the time. There were no error messages.
Despite having some good content it's the ad policy that is infuriating. You can't fast forward through the crass ads and if you rewind at any point Binge makes you endure the ads again. Best to dip in and out every couple of months.
Follow-up · Still a very clunky interface and even worse with ad saturation. I keep a 2 month subscription then cancel for six once I've watched what I want. A lot of the content is old, boring or just trash.

I actually love Binge (awks) – Seems like so many people are having bad technical issues with Binge, which really sucks - as does the fact that so many Samsung TVs can’t access it (so crazy)… but having said that, it’s my favourite streaming service by far. Awesome shows. We find that we default to it far more often than the other 6 streaming services we have. Show details
Pretty Decent – There's no ps4 app so I can't watch on my non smart TV. It also doesn't have pop up player which the other streaming service apps do. Other than that the content is great.

I had this cheap and very rarely used it. Not the best apps or variety of content. They also direct debited me when I believed the service to be cancelled. They have a very sneaky and devious way of making you click the wrong thing and end up keeping it the sub when going through the cancellation process. They then refuse a refund. Horrendous.
Received an email for "resubscribe for $4 for first month", thought OK, will do. logged in, paid, then suddenly realisd the account had the wrong email on it @privacy something, not my email address. to mine despite it not being a confirmed address. Suspect that deleting "hubbl" account messed with BINGE account. Took over an hour to rectify, had to provide evidence I owned my phone number etc. Absolute dogs breakfast this company and its data management.
I don't mind the ads, but the constant glitching means I'm paying for a service I cant use!! Looks like I'll be going back to prime then. My downtime is too valuable to be spent feeling frustrated over a bad product/service.

Be careful, I signed up for basic for one year when it automatically renewed it charged for premium at more then double the price. I contacted them and they refused to do anything about it . In the fine print apparently. Not happy .
Scammers. Signed up for trial and its now impossible to cancel. Going to the bank tomorrow to try and sort it out otherwise I'll cancell my credit card. BTW I found the content to be cr#p
I feel your pain burtfingers as same thing happened to us! They are saying it’s a problem at our end that we can’t watch the last episode of the uk series the game ! WRONG I actually googled eps 4 the game and through another provider got to watch the last 3 minutes! Cancelling my subscription tomorrow due to poor customer service!
Signed up for the free month, ended up getting charged and contacted them immedietly, no response and another $20 later no response and there isnt even a unsubscribe under subscription in settings and no option to remove payment method. These guys are messed up.

to be told that I hadn't cancelled and that the $10 charge was therefore valid. I pointed out to them (in no uncertain terms) that I had cancelled, and told them that I was going to report them to the ACCC as I had taken a screen print of the cancellation notification. They advised that they would review my case and assess after 3-4 days. I told them that unless I received an email the next day, refunding me I would go to the ACCC as 3-4 days was not acceptable. I was again told that these things take 3-4 days. I again pointed out that I had a screen shot showing the cancellation. The next morning at 9:10am I received an email advising that as a "one-off measure of goodwill" they would refund my $10. So not only do they fraudulently try and charge me after I had cancelled, but even when it is proved that I did cancel, they refuse to acknowledge any mistake and just offer a refund as a measure of good will Not good enough !! I know Binge is on the way out, hence all their $1 offers, but trying to overcharge their customers will only hasten their demise, and not a moment too soon as far as I am concerned. We are all far better off with out them.
I had to keep on signing into my account which gradually became more and more difficult as they literally forced me to make a Hubbl account to get into it. Which I think I also had to pay for. I barely watched it because of all the hassle.
Minus 1,000 stars. Terrible content, any show worth watching is suddenly removed and shows up on another streaming service. Don't bother with them. In fact run away as fast as you can.

threatening to approach my bank AND consumer affairs, did they eventually concede to refund my subscription. VERY DISHONEST.
The mobile app is not working, so I had to power up my laptop to stream a movie. I cannot hear anything even though the volume is at maximum. Most of the shows and movies are available on other streaming services. I have cancelled my membership but have not received any confirmation. I will see if I get charged next month.
the subtitles show up 20 seconds after being said and you can only change the subtitles DURING the movie, you are unable to do it while paused. i could honestly make a better streaming service with learning 20 minutes of code.
Cancelled the service and stated it was cancelled until they billed me again. So cancelled again and showed it was cancelled. Went back in to find out not cancelled again. Used chat to request cancellation and told it was cancelled again. Never had an email confirming cancellation. I consider this a con to have a service that won't cancel. As they have lost so many shows it is not worth coming back in the future so they won't con me again.
