Bought two of these bags from reputable retailer. A main consideration was the 3 year manufacturer's warranty. The "protective corner bumpers" on both bags started to fall apart after the first trip. The material under then started to wear on both bags. Faulty stitching inside and out led to other issues on both bags. When they were returned to the retailer, our claim for repair or replacement was rejected by BlackWolf on the grounds that such damage was "wear and tear" and therefore not claimable under the 3 year warranty. BlackWolf stated that after about 90 days, damage was classified as wear and tear. BlackWolf was not able to give one example of a defect that could be claimed under the 3 year warranty without failing the 90 day wear and tear test. So, forget about the advertised 3 year warranty. In practice, unless there are failures within 90 days, and these aren't caused by the usual knocks and bumps of travel, BlackWolf won't honour any claim. The bag was good to use, while it lasted. One should buy it as a one or two trip bag, with the idea of throwing it out soon after, when it starts to fall apart.....
