TBH tool cut well once . Looks sturdy but that’s as positive as it gets. When you remove the chain and bar to clean and try reassemble as per instructions, the chain tensioner gets stuck and that’s the end of its use. Replacement tool at store did exactly the same. Staff there queries a batch issue. I went to another competitor store and was informed that it is becoming a known issue in all of them. I contacted Bosch 4 times and was given the run around and I have now given up with them. Please save yourself $549 and don’t buy this product.
