Copped a thrashing and still going – Had mine for 17 years and it’s had heavy use, been used for restoration jobs, general farm work and many hours of metal work. After this much time the brushes haven’t even completely worn out and only had to cut 10cms off the power cord today and rejoin ( which was extremely easy( only 3 screws in total)) as the live wire had finally snapped probably due to years of being wound around the grinder when finished with it.
Apart from the brushes and cord there is no signs of wear anywhere else internally.
Can’t fault this grinder.
