If you have $1k to drop every 2 years, then buy this machine. I used weekly. My fave machine by far. Control panel suddenly went dead after all working fine the day before. After 3 weeks of trying to get support, no help. New CP about $1k. No way I'm investing more money in this machine. I should have paid attention to other reviews with the same problem. Should have just bought a gym membership and had access to all equipment plus a pool. Very disappointed in Bowflex quality and response.

Purchased in at Dick's Sporting Goods for $1,000.

Worst Machine on the market for Anytime frame. 25 days in NO Journey app and the machine goes into error code Needing Update. Can't use it at all..no way to by pass the update! Install the Completely useless App and it gives nothing but and error updating. Call support Oh yeah it will be 5 WEEKS on the slow boat to get that replacement part. (no USB Updating did not work either) No you can come get this thing and take it back. A KNOWN ERROR going on more then 4 years is unacceptable.

Purchased in for $1,099.99.

DO NOT BUY unless you keep the machine in a 'temperature controlled environment' – DO NOT BUY unless you keep the machine in a 'temperature controlled environment'. That is what I was advised by the company when I complained I had to buy a new motor for the machine that had less than 3 hours total usage. The machine was bought to replace my 10 year old Nordic cross trainer in the garage which had no issues being in the garage with all my books and other 'working' exercise equipment unlike the Bowflex Max Trainer. Had I known the sensitivity of this machine, I would have bought a Nordic Cross Trainer again.

Purchased in for $1,600.
